Monthly Rentals in Downtown Athens

I would definitely stay here again. The apartment was great. Walk to great restaurants pubs and UGA campus. The surrounding area is very cute. Always be aware of your surroundings tho.

This place is perfect! We stayed here for a couple days while our son was at Football Camp at UGA. The location was perfect! We were less than 10 mins from the Indoor Practice Facility and from Sanford Stadium. It was nice to be that close. The place itself was perfect! Everything was just as described. I would absolutely stay here again for any UGA event!

Needed a place to stay and Gussie’s place surpassed my expectations! She’s an excellent host, very responsive and friendly! The check in instructions are very easy to follow and the RV was extremely peaceful. I wish I had stayed longer!

We appreciated the clear instructions to check-in. Everything was super clean upon our arrival and we loved the modern vibe of the space. The location is perfect if you plan on doing anything downtown. Everything is walkable. Would definitely recommend staying here!
