Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Downtown Athens

Loved our stay in this unique space in downtown Athens! Location could not have been better as it was close to UGA and in the middle of great food and shopping - not to mention the awesome addition of Kilwins right at your fingertips. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Loved this unique historic space !

The place was perfect, right downtown, great views, comfortable beds, perfect for our son’s graduation weekend. Highly recommend! We were very happy! Sherri and Scott were excellent hosts . We had a little problem and they bent over backwards to make it right! We would stay again!

This place great with an awesome location!!! It was a little pricey because it was graduation time. Other than that Bethany responded quickly with questions and her place was super clean. We would stay there again! Thank you:-)

We had such a fun weekend stay! The location can’t be beat, steps away from all of the downtown shops and restaurants. The unit was so clean and comfortable. We would love to come back!

We felt right at home! The whole place was bigger in person than the pictures seemed which is NEVER a bad thing. The location was close enough for us to get to everywhere quickly! We would love to stay there again in the future.

I spent 5 nights attending a conference being held at the University of Georgia. The apartment was just a few minutes walk from the venue. There are plenty of great restaurants in the vicinity. The apartment itself was delightful, safe and secure. I appreciated the snacks, the apartment’s art and its price. Most of all the hosts were responsive to my questions, and were super friendly. I would not hesitate to stay there again the next time I am in Athens. The space was perfect for one person, and possibly two if you know them well. Thanks for offering the perfect space.

Second time staying here, love the host and their property. Looking forward to staying again someday.

Everything was as advertised and then some! I loved the decor and comfortable rooms. So many wonderful books to browse and the back patio is private! Kirk was a wonderful host. The girlfriend reunion was a huge success and they loved the fabulous food at the Expat.

This place is Amazing! Cutely decorated! I always forget H2O when I’m on a short trip but there were plenty in the fridge upon arrival. Awesome variety on the Coffee and snack bar. Loved the variety of toiletries for women & MEN! ( I think hubby found a new soap he likes because it smells so good)🙂 Loved the plentiful washcloths & towels. Our Fur baby loved the fenced in back yard, toys and treats! They always responded very quickly with any questions we had. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area!

It couldn’t have been a more ideal weekend! This is truly a house you’d love to call your own. We spent our daughter’s wedding weekend in Athens here, and we can’t express enough how wonderful the home, the grounds, and our host, Margaret, were. We’re already excited about coming back for football season. We’re so thrilled to have discovered this hidden treasure!

This cottage was great! I would definitely recommend staying here, and if available for my next trip to Athens, I will definitely book again.

We had a wonderful graduation weekend stay at Tom’s beautiful, spacious, modern, newly renovated house in Athens. It’s even more beautiful than the pics. The beds are very very comfortable the shower was luxurious and the kitchen well stocked, clean and socializing areas very comfortable. Tom was super sweet to let us stay later to enjoy Mother’s Day lunch with the family. Stay here! You’ll love it!

Alex and Meredith are Hospitality Host at its finest. All we needed was already wrapped up into that cozy cottage and we are looking forward to being able to experience it again in the near future.

Excellent stay. Everything was clean and as described. I was highly satisfied with the location to downtown. My son was staying near campus for an event so going to and from the kids hotel to the Classic Center was super convenient and fast. All appliances worked and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook and clean up. The beds are super comfy and, while I’m not really a stay in and veg kind of person, it was rainy and cold so was grateful for a TV with a gazillion available channels and streaming options. Will definitely stay again if in Athens.

This was the perfect space for our visit to Athens - nestled off of one of the main streets. It was convenient, minutes away from campus, clean, comfortable, clutter-free and provided all the amenities needed. Would stay again!

Perfect location for visiting the UGA campus! Quick walk to campus. The condo was in perfect condition. I've stayed in MANY places in Athens and this was the best.

Incredible location! Easy to find, load and unload was a breeze (I was a little nervous about that part and there was plenty of space) and instructions for entry were clear and thorough. Adorable unit, loved all the Georgia decor. It was walking distance to everywhere we needed to go for the weekend which made it the perfect fit for what we needed.

Second time staying here. Wonderful place and Catherine is very helpful. So clean and comfortable.
