Welcome to our warm and inviting historic farm home. Enjoy a quaint and cozy stay with easy access to Athens, UGA, Madison, Monroe, and Watkinsville. You will enjoy the entire second floor. The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for $35 fee for wood, etc (notify host before).
