“This place is a perfect getaway if you’re visiting Nashville. Great for two people and not a bad price at all. It looked exactly like the listing, and you can tell they put a lot of time and effort into making it perfect since they built it themselves. They provided basically everything we needed to stay three days and it was such a great trip with my boyfriend! Jonathon was even kind enough to take some pics of us in front of the home. Lovely place and family.”

“Great character!! The bed was comfy, and the host provided a sound machine and ear plugs if needed for a sound sleep. It was close to the railroad tracks, but we had no issues with disturbance. There was also a record player and a few records we enjoyed during our stay. The fridge is small, and there isn’t room for ice so prepare accordingly with an ice chest that will hold what you need. We went to a few locations recommended... Cafe Roze and the Nashville Breakfast House. Highly recommend both. Different atmospheres. Nightlife was non existent during our stay due to Covid, but we will check out in the future. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.”

“There are so many great things to say about this place but the most important thing to say is WOW! The moment we arrived Kippie greeted us and gave us a tour of the space. There were so many thoughtful touches that it made the place even more special. The home in my opinion is located in the heart of all the great things that makes Nashville special outside of the country music industry. We specifically booked the space because of the soaking tub and it was a treat that she had items to use for the tub. There were little tealights which made it even more special. We sat in the backyard for a little bit and enjoyed the little oasis she has created back there. We had some homemade breakfast bread that was to die for and enjoyed the waters she made available. You do not have to think twice about booking this place, you will be pleasantly happy with your booking. I can honestly say we have traveled across the world and US and Kippies place ranks in the top 5!”
