Apartment holiday rentals in Downtown Athens

We spent 5 nights, place met our needs. Host was always easy to get in contact with, very attentive always a txt away.

Groovy home was better than expected. The location is a nice quiet very safe neighborhood. It’s a short ride to downtown. Very spacious, it’s basically like renting a whole home. Charles was excellent at communicating everything upfront. We had zero issues and are hoping it’s available anytime we are in Athens.

Great sport to get away from UGA but close enough to get there in no time. Great stay

We had a great stay at Aveline’s place—spacious, spotless, and located in a quiet, new development just a short walk from Publix, restaurants, and shops. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with plenty of private space for four adults. Aveline was a thoughtful and responsive host who checked in to make sure everything met our expectations. The area felt safe and peaceful, and I’d absolutely stay again if I’m ever back in town.

Place was exactly as described and very comfy. Good location in Athens and close to everything. Dean was very responsive and accepted an extension to my booking within minutes of the request. Thanks Dean would love to stay here again.

The Athens Bungalow was such a cute place and fit our needs perfectly. We liked the location and thought it was convenient to our daughter’s graduation activities. The extra touches they provided were so nice, such as the coffee bar, snack tray and fresh pastries. They had great communication and checked on us during our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place, awesome location near to downtown Athens! Great on a weekend as the rest of the building is mainly empty so it is very quiet!

Jessica was a lovely host and provided a beautiful place! She has truly raised my standards for an AirBnB. She was incredibly kind, provided wonderful amenities and such a cozy, homey environment, and was always quick to respond and provide helpful information! Can’t recommend this spot enough, was great for my partner and I when traveling far from home for a wedding.

My family and I loved our stay! Every little detail you can think of was well thought out. Child friendly which made it an extra plus for me! Will definitely come back!!!

This location was absolutely perfect! The studio was cozy, clean, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe—it immediately felt like a home away from home. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and well-maintained. One of the best parts was how walkable everything was—restaurants, shops, and entertainment were all just a short stroll away. It made exploring Athens so easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely come back again!

We enjoyed our stay! The location was great for walking to the downtown area with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. We used the gym and rec room on the top floor. Both were great! Couldn’t use the pool bc of rain but would have! Very lovely spot up there!

I loved my stay at Jess's place! The apartment was comfortable, clean, easy to find, very cute. Great parking, beautiful quiet neighborhood and very conveniently located, lovely back porch. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout. Was perfect for a weekend stay while attending a wedding. 10/10

My friends and I were looking for a place away from the city where we could unwind but still be near places we could go exploring. Wingate was an incredible host, showed us around the property when we first got there and made sure we had everything we needed, he even left a few treats for us to try! Absolutely loved the decor, it had a bit of history to it which was nice. Definitely would like to come back one day, this time booking the top suite!

This was an amazing location. We we're at an event at UGA, and this location was at best a 5 minute drive there. There is a great shopping center right around the corner. We had our kids with us (12, 10, 8) and all the places we wanted to look okay we're within a 15 minutes drive. Jon was a great host, and was great to work with on the arrangements. I highly recommend this property.

Absolutely fantastic! We loved this space and location for UGA graduation. The apartment is beautifully renovated with so much more space than I imagined from the photos. Walkable to everything! My only negative is that I didn’t run across this place earlier in our journey with two kids at UGA, but I would definitely return if we’re back in Athens. Highly recommend!

Great location. Very clean and well appointed and the host was very responsive. You do have to go up 35 stairs from the street, which was fine with us, but others may have an issue. You can’t beat downtown Athens. Go Dawgs!

Jason's unit is a great spot located in the heart of Boulevard. It's easily walkable to downtown and Normaltown, is easy to access, and is very comfortable. Parking and other logistics are very straightforward. We look forward to returning again!

Great spot! Wish we good have used some of the outdoor amenities but weather did not cooperate with our schedule! Beautiful spot!
