Ruth's Yurt

Come and stay in my lovely yurt. It's in a gorgeous spot with a sea view, and is a beautiful, cosy space. Many people have stayed in it and had a great time, enjoying the peace and quiet and the natural world around it. We live near the coastal village of Auchencairn, on a smallholding. There is a good choice of nice coastal or hill walks nearby, the area is good for lots of outdoor activities. Apparently the price doesn't always show in GBP. The Roundhouse, The Lake District

Our Roundhouse is on a working farm with rare breed sheep, cattle and Cumbrian Heavy Horses (come & ride!) Set in a beautiful valley in south west Cumbria, amazing views, a stream running closeby, it's peaceful. Locally, a variety of good pub/restaurants (would recommend having a car though). You’ll love our roundhouse, it has good facilities, see pics, is unique, cosy, romantic, with a wood burning stove, has a stunning location, and is good for couples, friends, outdoor folk; we take dogs😁

Cumfrey Yurt at Fairy Bell Wood

Watch the sun go down over the Lakeland Fells from Cumfrey yurt within the tranquillity of Fairy Bell Wood; nestled between the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks. The yurt sits in its own private clearing within native woodland. Wander through the glades and sit by the pond to soak up the peace and tranquillity, keeping eyes and ears open for the local wildlife. Using love and attention to detail we have crafted the furniture of the yurt using reclaimed or local materials.

Here at Howdy Glamping, Great Strickland you will find 3 unique & beautiful yurt s and two caravans all privately placed in a young woodland we planted thirty years ago. Willow is our biggest with its own compost loo and garden with outside seating .Willow is Insulated with a central wood burning stove , kitchen area, gas stove to cook on and all you need to create lovely meals and clean up after yourselves. Cosy Cabin on 20 Acre Private Estate - Pheasant Lodge

The Pheasant Lodge is one of three nearly identical lodges set in a quiet wooded corner of our 20 acre estate on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. There are no roads bordering the guest areas so expect a quiet and peaceful stay, surrounded by nature and away from it all! The lodge has no cooking facilities but has a fridge with icebox as well as a selection of tea & coffee. We have a cosy indoor BBQ hut available to book for the evening with all cooking tools & charcoal provided.
