Susie’s place was just what we needed for a relaxing few days away in the countryside. The space was big, with everything we needed, the photos do not do it justice. We had a huge comfortable bed and everything was spotless from top to bottom. We would highly recommend and would love to come back one day.

We absolutely love this place. Our second visit didn’t disappoint and we will definitely be back. Literally everything provided, host quick to answer queries, local co op for anything you don’t take, stunning scenery, lovely walks and a fabulous hot tub to end the day. Just perfect 👌

Wonderful place to stay, Josephine was friendly, kind and informative. Parking was a little difficult as the curb wasn’t lowered but that is the only thing I could say against it. It was lovely thank you

A fab spot to stop on the Hadrians walk. The space was spotless, filled with little extras like biscuits and fruit and the hot tub was very much welcomed! Mandy was super responsive and helpful too.

Perfect stay at Kate’s from start to finish. Kate was helpful, friendly and responsive and even ensured I had a DVD player to watch my training videos. Lovely private spot and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend!

Perfect for the two nights stay I needed. The pod was well equipped and nicely fitted out. Everything worked well Mecheles directions were great and I liked the little extra touches such as biscuits!

Really enjoyed staying in the pod, the location is absolutely perfect and incredibly peaceful. Adam and Emma were great hosts and were really accommodating responding to any queries instantly. I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing get away.

Had a great few days in Northumberland, visiting the sights and some friends. It was great to have Station Cottage to come back to each day. Private, comfortable and relaxing. Mick and Kathleen were really good hosts and I would have no hesitation in recommending them and the cottage to other guests.

We had the most wonderful stay at Bulls Close Cottage. The second we walked in we felt right at home, and so cosy! The cottage is beautifully decorated and Sam had left so many thoughtful touches - treats for our dog and treats for us, extra blankets for us and blankets for the dog! The garden is gorgeous, we didn't get the weather to use it much but we enjoyed looking out at it! The village the cottage is in is very pretty and peaceful and the area is a walker's paradise (close to the Yorkshire 3 peaks and Malham Cove to name a few fantastic walks). Though we didn't meet Sam, she was super responsive and friendly, and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this cottage - one of our favourite places we've stayed.

Perfect for a couple of nights stay while out and about in Newcastle. Everything worked and was comfortable! Pretty central location and not too far from Jesmond either. Ryan was a great host - always responding to messages and sorting things.

We had a lovely stay at Carlie's. It's such a nice little apartment in a lovely part of the world. We loved the decor and it was a lovely comfy bed. We were attending a wedding nearby, which started at the same time as check-in, but Carlie was super-flexible and we were able to check in early. - would definitely recommend!

Jo’s lodge was perfect for our you family. Comfortable, warm, easy to find and good instructions. The unit was well equipped and I couldn’t find any fault with the place. All things you need for a short stay and more where there, as well as some nice touches with local jam and chutney, complimentary cheeses and a pint of milk to ensure we could make a cuppa when we arrived. We were checking in late and communication with Jo was friendly and efficient. All in all a perfect stay and met our expectations. We visit the area most years to visit family and I’m sure we’ll be back. Thanks Jo, a great stay I have nothing but good things

Great stay at Little Winton, ideally located for our visit to the area, delightful, beautifully presented property. Super hosts, highly recommend.

The cottage is far better than the photos suggest. It is really spacious and comfortable and is set in a pretty garden. Lots of nice touches and plenty of good equipment. An easy walk to an excellent gourmet Indian restaurant and to other restaurants and pubs. Highly recommend!

Great little hideaway nestled in a peaceful area of Windermere, away from the hustle and bustle. Ideal for walkers looking for a place to rest their heads and relax.

We had an excellent stay in the lodge and was a brilliant base to stay towards the northern end of the lakes, easy access to Ullswater (20mins) and Buttermere too, always a beautiful place to visit and David and Collettes communication was excellent. easy access regarding turning up and lock box and having the place to ourselves. Easy to find lodge from the instructions Colette provided and a good bargain too. we enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and it's nestled away and feels private enough. Lovely little lodge, tucked away and private and plenty of amenities! Thank you 😊

Every single thing about this experience has been amazing. We really did not want to leave. The host obviously has enormous pride in providing a five star stay and this shone through from the moment we arrived. The cottage, the views, the hot tub, the cleanliness, the privacy, the small touches. Great example of someone getting it absolutely right. If you are lucky enough that it’s available, book it!

Great place in great location, our dogs had a lovely time time running around the paddock with the owners dogs and we really enjoyed the wood fired hot tub! Adrian is a top man, really great to chat to and have a bit of friendly Yorkshire banter. Will visit again for sure!
