Kat is far and away the best host I've ever met. She gave us full tour of her home, and recommended many local shops and restaurants. She provided snacks, breakfast groceries, toiletries, beach towels and chairs, and more. It felt like more like we were visiting a family member's home than renting an airbnb. Her home is beautiful. The mattresses are comfy and she offers different types of sheets/blankets for whatever kind of sleeper you may be. She has a full kitchen with appliances/cookware. As the listing says, certain cars may have a hard time with parking. We rented a Rav 4 and it was a bit tight but we didn't have a problem. Anything larger than a Rav 4 would probably be incompatible with the narrow driveway. If I could rate our experience over a 5/5, I would.

Second time staying here. Our favorite place out of all the homes we’ve stayed at. Super clean, comfy beds, and huge kitchen. Karen is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Carol and Robin’s home on the lake. Anyone looking for a serene and peaceful setting would be thrilled with this rental. Our hosts communication both prior to and during our stay was top notch. We certainly hope to return someday.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The space had everything we needed, and we were especially touched by the personal touches like freshly baked blueberry banana bread, and lots of snacks and breakfast foods. The location was very peaceful and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the forest and the bunnies. We will definitely stay here again when we’re back in town and highly recommended it to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay at Shannon’s lake house! From the start, Shannon’s communication was excellent, making check-in and getting settled a breeze. The house itself is full of charm and offers a stunning view of the lake. It was impeccably clean, and the beds were very comfortable — a perfect retreat for our family. We were visiting my son's school and chose this property because of its convenient location and the opportunity for him to fish — one of his favorite activities. Shannon went above and beyond by charging the boat battery, ensuring everything was ready when the weather improved. Thanks to her, my son was able to catch several fish, including his first trout and smallmouth bass — a memory he won’t forget! Shannon lives next door and strikes the perfect balance between being available if needed while giving you complete privacy to enjoy the property. We would absolutely recommend this place to others and look forward to booking again in the future.

This was the cutest place! We all loved the garden space. The deck was very inviting. Rhona was kind enough to leave English muffins and butter for us. The selection of tea was fabulous! The bouquet and house plants made it feel very homey. There was an area close by that had a convenience store, a Dunkin Donuts, and a few decent restaurants. We would stay here again if we come back.

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

This place was amazing. I would come back here. I feel like we won the Airbnb lottery. It is nice to have a host that is a real person and not a company. This place is well taken care of. 1. It was much larger than I was expecting. 2. It was so clean. Probably the cleanest Airbnb I have been to. 3. There were basics in the cabinets like coffee and creamer ( such a nice touch). and some items in the fridge and freezer which made it really easy to start our day. 4. It was beautifully decorated and the garden was so pretty and nice to take coffee and wine out there. 5. We were here in the spring and it was an easy walk into town(15-20 minutes). We both like walking, but there was a spot for a car if needed. Thank you for such a wonderful time.!!

There aren’t enough characters to articulate how WONDERFUL this stay was and how great Jonah is. I had originally booked somewhere else and they double-booked— there were literally people in my unit! I was in a major bind because it was the holiday weekend and two Ivy-League grad weekends at the same time. I had friends in from all over the country for graduation and no place for them to stay until Jonah helped us out. Literally nothing else available, but Jonah was not only able to find us something— but hooked us up in a BIG way and in the wee hours of the night. The place was lovely but the service, attention to detail, and kindness was unmatched. I am so grateful to Jonah and Nora (his wife)- they saved the day. Best part: they joined all of us for a celebratory dinner. Would DEFINITELY book with them again!

We had another wonderful weekend at Barbara & Chad's suite. We've stayed there multiple times and love it for our family of four. The hosts are always responsive and so very helpful. We also love the nearby Berkshire East Mountain resort and nearby local towns. Looking forward to our next visit!

This is one of the best Airbb experiences we've ever had, and we've had many. Great location in the middle of town yet protected and very quiet in a nice building on a side street. Easy 3 minute walk to all of downtown Northampton, a cafe next door and a grocery store right down the street. But what really sets Jackie's place apart is the apartment itself - designed beautifully, furnished impeccably, stocked as if we could stay a month. The bathroom felt like it was in a high-end hotel, great comfy bed, and everything in the kitchen equal in quality to what we have at home. Betsy and I couldn't remember another Airbnb done in a style this classy and original, including a nice turntable with some albums supplied. Sad that we don’t have another graduation to go to in the area - the stay was superb in every way. Couldn’t recommend this more highly.

Super cute place with great attention to detail. Looks exactly like the photos. My daughter was playing witch dress up the whole night and all the kids loved the ambiance. Very unique experience and a well done decor and design.

We loved the beautiful location and the facilities available at the unit. If the weather had been better, it would have been heavenly. Highly recommend the place. Rob had thoughtfully left eggs, bread and other groceries for us. Braintree is easy to move to and fro downtown Boston (except for peak-time traffic!). Overall, we loved staying at this place.

Christie’s place is such a gem in a big city. Located on a quiet road and close to the subway station which takes you to downtown Boston. The house is immaculate and has everything you need and all is explained upon arrival. Christie is a great host, quick to respond to any questions and is very welcoming. You’d be hard pressed to find a better Airbnb in that price point close to downtown Boston. Highly recommend!

We were all staying at High Grass Farm so we could attend the Brimfield flea market and the location of this place was perfect! The house itself was very nice and cozy. When we arrived, there were fruits, granola bars, and even a cake made for us to enjoy. The host, Karen, was quick to respond to our messages and even helped us out with our dog while we were out. Overall, an amazing stay and we hope to be back again!

We had a great time staying at the Lacey Rose! I appreciated the direction communication from Denise and being in a space that was so thoughtfully decorated and cared for. Breakfast made for us at the time we requested was a huge bonus as well!

I haven't written an airbnb review in ages, but Joan's place is really special. Great quiet neighborhood a short walk to the train. This space is sublime: an attic with skylights and balcony, shelves of books and comfy couches. Really human. If you must have a kitchen or desk space I'd look elsewhere, but otherwise I want a place like this everywhere I go.

This stay was our fifth, I believe; that says it all! We are ready to book again! Nicole and Rom are generous in every regard, from their personal warmth and interest to the careful thought they've devoted to making sure that their guests are perfectly comfortable, impressively accommodated and entirely content. My sister and I look forward to our visits with absolute confidence that Nicole and Rom (and mustn't forget Oscar) will remain our favorite hosts and their airbnb our favorite space!

As ALL the reviews state, my stay at the SeaPine Inn was all it promised and more. Lynda is very friendly, extremely accommodating and desirous of your enjoyment during your stay. This was the best B & B experience I’ve ever had! Her home is beautifully decorated in primitive folk art decor, well appointed with cozy bedding and a luxurious bath with soaking tub and all you could want to pamper yourself included. We were invited to enjoy the common areas as well as our room and the reading nook outside of our bedroom. The breakfasts were yummy, cooked fresh with wonderful homemade scones while we visited with her. She’s a good listener as well as talker and delightfully candid and down-to-earth in her banter. We only stayed for 2 nights but felt we could enjoy a longer stay, maybe with our spouses next time; we’d love to visit again. Thank you, Lynda and Leo!

Susan and Walter are a lovely couple. I arrived late on a flight from Boston. They gave me toast and tea because I hadn't had dinner while we had a nice conversation. The house is lovely and in a great location. I like their animals, too. The bedroom is spacious, and the bed is quite comfortable. I know Somerville well, having lived in the Boston area for 14 years, so it was nice to be a familiar location where I could walk to Davis Square for food and to the T (subway) so I could get my rental car at Central Sq in Cambridge. I look forward to staying with them again.
