Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Bergen

Our first stay in Netherlands could not have been better. Ester‘s and Marcel‘s home quickly became a home to us for those two weeks. With a wonderful interior, cute little garden and of course - two cats and chickens, that our daughters fell in love with and took care of everyday. The house is very beautiful, located 10 minutes by bike from the beach, 2 minutes next to a bus station to Alkmaar and in a short walking distance from a big supermarket. The communication with Marcel was very easy going, helpful and clear. We certainly hope to visit again! 💜

Everywhere in the house you have a breathtaking view, either the sea or the dunes. The house has a great atmosphere, you feel very welcome and the kitchen is very well equipped. Even at the end of October we could sit on the terraces in the sun.

The house is beautiful and stylish and in a great location, close to the forest and town. Nice large pool and great garden. Maartje provided us with 4 bicycles, which was very handy. Overall, we loved the place.

The house from Mirjam is very nice with a beautiful garden. Perfect for a stay of a family with 3-4 kids. The surrounding is very quiet and you reach the center of Bergen and the supermarket by bike within 5 minutes.

A really spacious, well equipped, and tastefully furnished and decorated family home. I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.

The house with a large garden was perfect for us as it was in a quiet part and so ideal with a child. The house was fully furnished and nothing was missing, also cot, high chair... were available. You can rent bikes and have them delivered to the house. Of course, the location away from the beach is quick to reach on foot/bike/car and you can visit the dunes. Supermarket/bakery can be reached by bike in 5 minutes.

We had a great short break for three in this beautiful place in Bergen. The house is as beautiful as in the pictures - with fresh welcome flowers and helpful information about the area and possible activities. Miska gave us a quick introduction and was always available for questions. The location is very central, Bergen is quickly reached on foot and all shops serving daily needs as well. If the weather cooperates, there are many beautiful beaches close by. The beds are very comfortable and the small but fine house is the epitome of Dutch coziness and uses every corner sensibly and stylishly.

Serge is a great host. We were warmly welcomed and had a wonderful stay in his apartment. Serge was available around the clock, gave us great tips for activities and showed us his farm. We were also able to get to know the horses there up close. The apartment was just like in the pictures, beautifully decorated, and very clean. We felt very comfortable and will certainly come back on our next visit to Holland.

Yasmin’s place was amazing! Unfortunately we had a short stay so we didnt get to experience everything she had to offer but the amenities were great and it was a beautiful location as well. She is also super friendly and communicated well. We would definitely book again.

First of all, Alex, Liz and their parents are really very warm and caring for their guests. They can be reached at any time. Thanks to their welcome, we immediately felt like we were on vacation. The apartment is very nice and decorated with care and good taste. The kitchen is well-equipped and sunny for breakfast and starting a beautiful day. The garden is beautiful and there are plenty of small discreet corners where you can sit. It was an enchanting break and we hope to return.

I enjoyed my stay in Muiderberg. I needed a convenient place to stay for one night in between moving house and this apartment was the perfect solution. The host was very flexible with the check-in time and even let me park a large van in her driveway. The accommodation itself was spacious, clean and had a nice atmosphere. It's actually much nicer than the photos used on Airbnb. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a quieter place to stay nearby Amsterdam or to someone who wants some days away in a cute dutch town.

We spent a week before Easter at Thildy's place and felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is comfortably furnished and there is everything you need for a holiday. Everything was clean, the kitchen well equipped. Communication with Thildy was very good.

It is a very cosy and familiar apartment. Peaceful and super close to Amsterdam and Den Hague. You feel fast at home. The breakfast was super, so we could enjoy our trip. I really recommend Mark as a host.

Our stay at Lisette's is always amazing 👏 We spent a great time together with the cutie of Jet. Lisette's place and Limmen are greats places to have a peaceful and quiet escape and easy to goto other big cities. we totally recommend it! and of course, we would love to comeback soon 💖

Jody and Huib welcomed us and our young sheepdog very warmly. The accommodation is simply fantastic and beautiful. Even more beautiful than the pictures show. The garden is completely fenced, which made our stay with a dog very relaxing. The location of the place is also great. 20-25 minutes to all beaches on the west coast. Approximately 50 minutes to Amsterdam. There are shopping facilities for daily needs in a supermarket about 5 minutes away by car. We definitely had a very nice vacation and can only recommend this accommodation.

We’ve now stayed in this beautiful, cozy little house for the second time – and it was just as lovely as the first. That’s exactly why we decided to come back. The house is tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, located in a quiet area, and the perfect place to relax. Our dog really enjoyed the park right across the street – great for walks. Our little son also had a blast, both playing in the house and exploring the city. We had an amazing time and felt right at home. Thank you – we’ll definitely be back!

I have stayed at several Airbnbs in the past few years and had wonderful experiences with each. This place has been the best place I have stayed. The host Maaike, is absolutely wonderful. Easy to communicate with, helpful, friendly and kind. The place itself is exactly as advertised. A great hideaway not far from several great destinations in the Netherlands. Quiet, comfortable, and private. When I come back to the Netherlands again, I will absolutely stay here again.

The cabin is simply a dream in the middle of the countryside! So lovingly made and you can relax so wonderfully and let your mind wander. Just as beautiful as in the photos, so definitely recommended! It is wonderfully quiet, but you can also be in the next town in a few minutes. The apartment is clean and cozy and you have what you need. I'm sure we'll be back! Judith and Juul are so nice and helpful, that's not a given! :)

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Alkmaar! It is close enough to enjoy all that the city has to offer, yet it also provides a beautiful, peaceful escape from the business and crowds. Han and Kelly were great hosts, providing helpful recommendations and even rides from the train station and into Alkmaar. We also enjoyed hanging out with the dog, cat and chickens! We would definitely stay here again.

This garden hideaway was a perfect place to unwind and take walks to magical places nearby. After several days in various cities I was ready for a break. A nearby island with a beach can reach by a pedestrian bridge just past the little grocery store. An old forest preserve with long allees of towering trees leading to a manor house and gardens can be reached just up the road in the other direction. Other reviews mentioned the occasional sound of planes which I barely registered. The sounds of the city were replace by the sound of wind in the trees and of a neighborhood rooster in the morning which I liked. Marjolein and Anton were a sheer delignt. Take a break and stay here for a few days.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was super clean, lovingly decorated and exactly as described. The location was perfect – quiet but still central. Mandy-Remko was very friendly, easy to reach and provided us with great tips. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

A super beautiful, quiet and cozy house. We had a great time! The photos capture the vibe accurately. Plus you have horses in view at any time you want. An easy 15 mins walk to the beach & approx. 20/25 mins to town and the nearest restaurants/bars. Tjeerd & Laurie are super responsive and always offer kind advice when needed. We’d be happy to come back another time!
