It has two bathrooms and bedrooms in addition to a living room and kitchen. The apartment is within walking distance of the city center, supermarket, bakery, butcher and delicatessen shops and only 10 minutes by bike to the beach of Scheveningen. The entire house has been recently renovated, preserving as many original details as possible.

The harbour, the beach and nice restaurants are close by. Tram nr 17 and 11 stop right around the corner and brings you to the city-center within several minutes. The beach is only a 14 minute walk away.

The Yard is a fresh apartment 400 meters away from the boulevard. If you are looking for accommodation in the heart of Scheveningen, then this is the place for you! The beach cafes are a stone's throw away, and Keizerstraat (shopping street) is around the corner. I offer free parking in my garage. The apartment has a very practical layout, and the available spaces have been used cleverly. The shower stall is on the small side (80x70), but this is compensated by a spacious kitchen!

The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.
