Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Bergen

Our first stay in Netherlands could not have been better. Ester‘s and Marcel‘s home quickly became a home to us for those two weeks. With a wonderful interior, cute little garden and of course - two cats and chickens, that our daughters fell in love with and took care of everyday. The house is very beautiful, located 10 minutes by bike from the beach, 2 minutes next to a bus station to Alkmaar and in a short walking distance from a big supermarket. The communication with Marcel was very easy going, helpful and clear. We certainly hope to visit again! 💜

J’ai passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est conforme à la description, très propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. Je recommande vivement cette adresse et n’hésiterai pas à revenir.

Überall im Haus hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick, entweder auf das Meer oder auf die Dünen. Das Haus hat eine tolle Atmosphäre, man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. selbst Ende Oktober konnten wir auf den Terrassen in der Sonne sitzen.

The house from Mirjam is very nice with a beautiful garden. Perfect for a stay of a family with 3-4 kids. The surrounding is very quiet and you reach the center of Bergen and the supermarket by bike within 5 minutes.

Wir waren mit 9 Erwachsenen in dem schönen Haus und haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr angenehm, dass es 4 Badezimmer gibt. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist super, es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Der traumhafte Garten hat verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Für uns war es leider noch etwas zu kalt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Alkmaar, Harlem und Amsterdam. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Das Haus samt großem Garten war für uns perfekt da es in einem ruhigen Teil lag und so mit Kind ideal. Das Haus war komplett eingerichtet und es hat nichts gefehlt, auch Kinderbett, Hochstuhl… standen zur Verfügung. Man kann Fahrräder mieten und diese ans Haus liefern lassen. Natürlich ist die Lage abseits vom Strand welcher aber zu Fuß/Fahrrad/Auto schnell zu erreichen ist und man so die Dünen besichtigen kann. Supermarkt/ Bäker per Fahrrad in 5min zu erreichen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Kurzurlaub zu Dritt in dieser schönen Unterkunft in Bergen. Das Haus ist so schön wie auf den Bildern - mit frischen Willkommensblümchen und hilfreichen Informationen zur Gegend und möglichen Unternehmungen. Miska gab uns eine kurze Einführung und stand jederzeit für Fragen bereit. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Bergen ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen und alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs ebenso. Wenn das Wetter mitspielt, sind viele schöne Strände in der Nähe. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das kleine, aber feine Haus ist der Inbegriff niederländischer Gemütlichkeit und nutzt jeden Winkel sinn- und stilvoll aus.

Serge ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt ins seinem Apartment. Serge war rund um die Uhr zu erreichen, hat uns tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben und uns seinen Hof gezeigt. Auch durften wir die Pferde dort aus nächster Nähe kennenlernen. Das Apartment war genauso wie auf den Bildern, toll eingerichtet, und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Holland wiederkommen.

Yasmin’s place was amazing! Unfortunately we had a short stay so we didnt get to experience everything she had to offer but the amenities were great and it was a beautiful location as well. She is also super friendly and communicated well. We would definitely book again.

Tout d’abord,Alex ,Liz et leurs parents sont vraiment très chaleureux et bienveillants pour leurs hôtes. Ils sont joignables à tout moment. Grâce à leur accueil,nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite en vacances. L’appartement est très agréable et décoré avec soins et bon goût. La cuisine est bien équipée et ensoleillée pour prendre son petit déjeuner et commencer une belle journée. Le jardin est magnifique et il y a plein de petits coins discrets où l’on peut se poser. C’était une parenthèse enchantée et nous espérons bien revenir.

I enjoyed my stay in Muiderberg. I needed a convenient place to stay for one night in between moving house and this apartment was the perfect solution. The host was very flexible with the check-in time and even let me park a large van in her driveway. The accommodation itself was spacious, clean and had a nice atmosphere. It's actually much nicer than the photos used on Airbnb. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a quieter place to stay nearby Amsterdam or to someone who wants some days away in a cute dutch town.

Wir haben eine Woche vor Ostern bei Thildy verbracht und uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Alles was sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Thildy war sehr gut.

Mark ist ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Alles war wie beschrieben und wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist eine große Empfehlung und alle größeren Städte wie Amsterdam, den Haag etc. sind sehr gut zu erreichen.

Our stay at Lisette's is always amazing 👏 We spent a great time together with the cutie of Jet. Lisette's place and Limmen are greats places to have a peaceful and quiet escape and easy to goto other big cities. we totally recommend it! and of course, we would love to comeback soon 💖

Jody und Huib haben uns und unsere junge Schäferhündin sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach nur Traumhaft und wunderschön. Noch schöner, als es die Bilder zeigen. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt, was unseren Aufenthalt mit Hund sehr entspannt gestaltet hat. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist auch super. 20-25 Minuten zu sämtlichen Stränden an der Westküste. Ca. 50 Minuten nach Amsterdam. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es in einem Supermarkt ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir hatten auf jeden Fall einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können diese Unterkunft einfach nur empfehlen.

We’ve now stayed in this beautiful, cozy little house for the second time – and it was just as lovely as the first. That’s exactly why we decided to come back. The house is tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, located in a quiet area, and the perfect place to relax. Our dog really enjoyed the park right across the street – great for walks. Our little son also had a blast, both playing in the house and exploring the city. We had an amazing time and felt right at home. Thank you – we’ll definitely be back!

I have stayed at several Airbnbs in the past few years and had wonderful experiences with each. This place has been the best place I have stayed. The host Maaike, is absolutely wonderful. Easy to communicate with, helpful, friendly and kind. The place itself is exactly as advertised. A great hideaway not far from several great destinations in the Netherlands. Quiet, comfortable, and private. When I come back to the Netherlands again, I will absolutely stay here again.

Die Cabin ist einfach ein Traum mitten im Grünen! So liebevoll gemacht und man kann so toll entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Wie auf den Fotos einfach nur schön, also auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Man hat es wunderbar ruhig, ist aber auch innerhalb weniger Minuten in der nächsten Stadt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich und man hat, was man braucht. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder! Judith und Juul sind so nett und hilfsbereit, das ist nicht selbstverständlich! :)

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Alkmaar! It is close enough to enjoy all that the city has to offer, yet it also provides a beautiful, peaceful escape from the business and crowds. Han and Kelly were great hosts, providing helpful recommendations and even rides from the train station and into Alkmaar. We also enjoyed hanging out with the dog, cat and chickens! We would definitely stay here again.

This garden hideaway was a perfect place to unwind and take walks to magical places nearby. After several days in various cities I was ready for a break. A nearby island with a beach can reach by a pedestrian bridge just past the little grocery store. An old forest preserve with long allees of towering trees leading to a manor house and gardens can be reached just up the road in the other direction. Other reviews mentioned the occasional sound of planes which I barely registered. The sounds of the city were replace by the sound of wind in the trees and of a neighborhood rooster in the morning which I liked. Marjolein and Anton were a sheer delignt. Take a break and stay here for a few days.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war super sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage war perfekt – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Mandy-Remko war sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

A super beautiful, quiet and cozy house. We had a great time! The photos capture the vibe accurately. Plus you have horses in view at any time you want. An easy 15 mins walk to the beach & approx. 20/25 mins to town and the nearest restaurants/bars. Tjeerd & Laurie are super responsive and always offer kind advice when needed. We’d be happy to come back another time!
