This no smoking family home is suitable for a familes with children only. It's near beach of Egmond (6km) and near Alkmaar. It's walking distance to the shops. Two bicycles are available for you. There is a trampoline in the front garden. At the back garden is a terrace and a roofterrace. At the back of the house is a public playground. There are three single beds and a double bed. There a two sweet and quiet cats to keep you company. Parking is free in front of the house. Feel welcome to stay!

Relax in this lovely space full of light and (plants)green. Because of the conservatory, this stylish house is always flooded with sunlight, which will start the day full of energy. Get out because the sea, the dunes and the center of Alkmaar are all just 5 km away. Or stroll through Heiloo, a beautiful village with lots of greenery (including the Heilooër Bos), nice shops and good restaurants. From the station, you can reach the heart of Amsterdam within 30 minutes. In short, enjoy !!!

Op de foto's ziet u nu nog weinig van de inrichting, maar tegen de tijd dat u op vakantie komt is dit huis mooi en gezellig ingericht. Please note: This house is only suitable for families with young children, in connection with children's beds, high chairs and children's toys. You will always rent the entire house so you will have all the privacy for the family. Only the cat will stay at home to keep you company!

We look forward to welcoming you in our lovely summer cottage. Centrally located near the dunes, the beach and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee. Through your own entrance you enter the cozy living room with 3 sofa with stool, dining table with 4 chairs, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with sink, double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (80 x 200). Our cottage has its own terrace with table and 4 chairs and is equipped with a sunshade.

Our Beautiful new house is located in beautiful town Heiloo. The house is located in a very child friendly courtyard. Heiloo is the perfect location for a varied holiday. The forest Beach city center are all around the corner The beach and the center of Alkmaar can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. By train it takes 35 minutet to the heart of Amsterdam Our house has three bedrooms, 2 of which are a children's room and a spacious bedroom in the attic

Egmond aan Zee - Nice house near beach and dunes!

Just north of the lighthouse, 100 m. from the beach and the dunes, is our cozy cottage for 1 - 3 people. The village center is about 300 meters away. When you come back from the beach, you can enjoy the sun on your own terrace. In the late and early season you can also come to us for a weekend, midweek or a few individual holidays. We only rent to tourists without babies. We do not rent to foreign employees/temporary agencies.

Cozy terraced house close to downtown, forest, beach

My townhouse is in a quiet part of the beautiful picturesque village of Bergen. It is 5 minutes by bike to the center of Bergen and 15 minutes to Bergen aan Zee (the beach). The forest and dune area is 5 minutes away. The city of Alkmaar is 10 minutes by car. You can use the bicycles! It might be nice if you bring your own towels and linens. The house is accomodated 4 persons.

Attractive summer cottage located on the coast

Deze knus ingerichte woning ligt zeer Centraal gelegen. Op steenworpafstand van de prachtige duinen van Egmond aan Zee en op nog geen 200 m van het strand. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien en beschikt over twee slaapkamers waarvan een met een tweepersoonsbed en de ander met twee eenpersoonsbedden. De keuken is compleet ingericht en het ontbreekt u aan niets.

It has a bright and cozy appearance and the ground floor with living room and large kitchen is much more spacious than it looks from the outside.
