The holiday home is within walking distance of the Schoorlse Duinen. The detached cottage ( 50m2) with private parking and spacious bicycle shed is located behind our farm, has its own garden with plenty of privacy and is in a unique location. The cottage is cozily furnished and surrounded by greenery and pasture. Walking distance to the beautiful forest & dune area and the village with the climbing dune and with about 20 minutes you can cycle through the beautiful dune area to Schoorl aan Zee.

An ideal place for a couple or a family with 2 kids between 6 - 18 years old (we have an attic where they can sleep). Our private wooden house is located on a big piece of private land, near the forest and beach. De Duinstudio enjoys a great location at the foot of the dunes between Bergen and Bergen aan Zee, in the hamlet of De Franschman. This hamlet starts at the roundabout to Bergen aan Zee and this road winds along the dunes of Bergen aan Zee to the Egmonden. The Zeeweg to the beach and the Eeuwigelaan to Bergen also start here. The studio is located on a quiet residential area with various houses and summer houses, but you are within 5 minutes in Bergen Centre, Bergen aan Zee and the Egmonden.

Omgebouwd tot een knusse woonkamer met een keuken de Scheepslift is te betreden door een buiten trap en het naastliggende gebouwtje voorheen scheepskantine is omgebouwd tot slaaphuisje met een douche ruimte en een apart toilet . Aan de voorkant bevind zich een beschut terras .
