Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bergen

With my sister and mother we stayed one night in the B&B. The cottage is very cozy and practically furnished. Dishwasher, oven, delicious hot shower, good beds and a very nice garden. The cottage had everything. We were sorry that we had to go for another outing. Recommend!

We had a great time here, peaceful and calm environment where you can let yourself go. The capital is half an hour away, guinea pigs are very sweet, gives a special experience. We recommend it to everyone. Thank you for sharing your house with us. We wish you all the best!😊🐹🌷☀️

We (a family of four with two kids) tremendously enjoyed our stay of three weeks in Bergen. Ankie and Leonard are great, attentive hosts and made us feel at home from the very first moment. The house is just beautiful. The basement is essentially one large living /dining / kitchen with big windows into a wonderful garden. With two rooms on the first floor (including a great Moroccan-style bathroom) and a huge loft-like room in the second floor (including a second bath room) there is plenty of space for even six persons. Ankie and Leonard were very helpful with recommendations about what to do & see in Bergen and the surrounding area. We really fell in love with Bergen, whose old-town-city-center is just a five minute walk away. The beach of Bergen aan Zee is about a ten minutes drive (or twenty minutes bike ride), with great beaches and restaurants with ocean-view. We truly recommend this house!

Vacation and relaxation from the 1st minute. Whether house or garden - everything is just right. If you want to live a little off the beaten path in Egmond, this is the place for you. By bike you can reach the supermarket in 10 minutes and the city of Egmond or the beach in 15 minutes. Perfect starting point for bike tours. The only downside: the house is already occupied during the autumn holidays.

Not a sterile, commercial vacation home, but a feel-good place! Thank you for the stay at this very personal place, with many artistic gems, the Gmundener ceramics, a fully equipped kitchen... Around the house various outdoor spaces, for sitting, for lying down, a sunny spot at any time of the day. The location was wonderful, right on the beach, at the beautiful Pavillon Noord. If you don't know the region yet, you have all the possibilities from here: Explore the dune landscape to the north, the artist town of Bergen can be reached in a few minutes, as well as Alkmaar or Egmond. We returned to everyday life well rested!

A very nice, spacious house with history. New kitchen, new bathroom and the beds were great. We used the bicycles despite the rain, because the place is quick to reach. All purchases could be done with the cargo bike. The dune directly by the house is always worth an evening walk. Even the smallest rain break can be used for this. Beautiful location, beautiful house, beautiful place.

A really spacious, well equipped, and tastefully furnished and decorated family home. I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.

The stay at Merel’s place was great from beginning to end. Communicating with her was easy and straightforward, accommodating an earlier check in and ensuring that everything is in place for our stay. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the place and by how well the kitchen was equipped. Overall, we would strongly recommend her place for a relaxing, conveniently situated accommodation for a holiday with family or friends.

Very nice apartment in apartment complex, upper floor (attention-steep stairs!), secluded, located in the middle of the dunes and therefore very quiet. Good amenities, very clean. Two balconies that offer a fantastic view of the beach and the nature reserve. Very friendly landlady; the communication was super pleasant and uncomplicated. Highly recommended!

The little house is lovely, furniture, accessories and every detail is very nice, functional and brand new. Jochen is always available to help you and meet your needs. Position is strategic: 30min by car from Amsterdam city center and Zaanse Schans, or 10min from the sea. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Charlotte’s place! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was perfect for our stay in Alkmaar as everything was within walking distance. Taking care of O’Malley was also a fun addition to our trip. He was very friendly but respected our space. All in all, we really enjoyed staying at Charlotte’s and would love to visit again in the future :)

A beautiful place with breathtaking views. Even nicer and more spacious than the photos show. We lacked nothing. Stylish and useful furnishings. Very cozy. Lots of space in the common areas and also in the beautiful rooms. Great communication. We will be back for sure.

Our stay at Villa Duindoorn was perfect. It all started with the nicest welcome note and Robert’s kind offer to pick us up at the train station. From our very first impression, we loved everything about the house: the pictures and paintings everywhere, the handpicked designer furniture, the flowers, the books and the blooming garden. We immediately felt at home. The kitchen was very well-equipped: a fridge that makes ice cubes, an espresso machine, a big gas stove, sharp knives and all the basics we needed - including fresh eggs from the chickens in the garden! Once you enter the 1st floor, you find yourself in Pipi longstocking‘s Villa with the cosiest wallpaper, cloud-like beds, and loads of fresh towels! Robert and Karin showed us their property and invited us to use everything- from the swimming pool to the hammock and all the benches, seatings and little sun islands they have created. We had a very nice stay in Bergen. It is a beautiful house and is centrally located in Bergen. Within walking distance of the center and close to the beautiful dune area. Lenneke ks friendly and helpful. The house has all the comforts!

We were completely please with our stay! Lisa was always available and always responded to us within 5 minutes, super friendly and helpful. The place was just like the pictures: very nice, clean and tastefully decorated. The entire complex is well maintained and invites you to feel good. The beach is about 15 minutes walking distance, and there are great restaurants nearby. We can especially recommend the "Nautilus aan Zee" right on the beach. There are delicious cocktails and a great terrace overlooking the sunset. Also highly recommended is the restaurant "Brass Kaatje" – here you eat in a cozy atmosphere, the food is of high quality and creatively prepared. Small, lovingly designed shops for shopping and a supermarket (only a 4-minute walk) are also close by. We had a wonderful time and would be happy to come back!

Gabriela welcomed us in a super friendly way and was always available. Her house is extremely tastefully decorated. Direct access to the canal, from the pretty garden, is perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! Happily again!
