This Home is in very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The backyard garden was beautiful and well kept. Michael was very responsive and helpful. Interior war very clean and well thought. I'll definitely look for this place, whenever I plan to visit again.

Judy is a fabulous bed and breakfast host! She was attentive, punctual, and thoughtful. She went above and beyond any bnb experience I have ever had. I highly recommend this place for the hostess with the hostess as well as the location.

Rene's apartment was a great place to stay with secure parking, a nice enclosed backyard for that quiet drink after a hard day's travel, and every convenience in the apartment. Great that it was on ground level too with no steps to climb. Rene was a very gracious host and provided lots of suggestions on where to go. Alkmaar is a lovely town just a short walk away - the Stadskaffee Laurens is a good first stop as it serves half price coffee for that morning pickup. If you combine the Zuiderzeemuseum at nearby Enkhuizen (boat museum with an outdoor folk museum) with a stop at the Museummolen on the way, you will see some real history (much cheaper than Zaanse Schans). Definitely recommended!

We loved our stay at Charlotte’s place! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was perfect for our stay in Alkmaar as everything was within walking distance. Taking care of O’Malley was also a fun addition to our trip. He was very friendly but respected our space. All in all, we really enjoyed staying at Charlotte’s and would love to visit again in the future :)

This was our second stay at the apartment and it was just as good as the first. The apartment is light, bright and spacious. The location is perfect; close to town but super peaceful. Anke is a brilliant host and makes you feel most welcome.

I felt completely comfortable in the beautiful bright apartment. The proximity to the beach is great for short walks and sea bathing. The beach guest in the immediate vicinity was very quick to reach for the alternating weather conditions. I am grateful for my very pleasant stay in Bergen aan Zee.

A beautiful place with breathtaking views. Even nicer and more spacious than the photos show. We lacked nothing. Stylish and useful furnishings. Very cozy. Lots of space in the common areas and also in the beautiful rooms. Great communication. We will be back for sure.

We enjoyed the stay. The farm is very quiet but still close to a beautiful beach. The animals were a highlight as there were small lambs that were allowed to be bottle fed by the children. We'll be back.

We (my children (11 and 12), my mother, our dog and I) had a great stay at Nannij and can fully recommend her as a host! From the first contact, she was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. Communication was always fast, clear and warm - we felt welcome immediately. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need – even small extras such as coffee, tea and local tips were thought of. It was clear that Nannij attaches great importance to providing her guests with a pleasant and relaxing stay. We felt completely comfortable and at home. The location of the accommodation was also ideal: quiet, but still well connected and in a beautiful street. Thank you for everything, dear Nannij! We will be happy to come back.

The house is small but very nice and cozy. We had a great time in 4, with 2 small children. Louis is very helpful, it's been a pleasure, I'd definitely be back!

Beautiful accommodation close to the center. Check in was very easy. Communication with both Peter and Yvette was always quick and straightforward. We were also able to use the rooftop terrace. Bicycles could be stored in the storage/laundry room. It was about 1/2 hour by bike to the sea...great. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need as a self-catering. Nespresso machine was also there. Even a few capsules. Small, fine cottage we 👍🏻 would book again.

We came in through the door and were so excited we couldn't shut our mouths. Marja and Arnold's house and garden are fantastic. We felt very comfortable. Since we like to cook, we were happy about the very well-equipped kitchen. In summer, however, we can imagine that the bedroom would be too warm for us. Therefore, only spring or autumn is suitable for our next visit. The surrounding area is very beautiful. We enjoyed the good air, the many waterways and idyllic places on long bike rides. A true feel-good place!

A very nice, spacious house with history. New kitchen, new bathroom and the beds were great. We used the bicycles despite the rain, because the place is quick to reach. All purchases could be done with the cargo bike. The dune directly by the house is always worth an evening walk. Even the smallest rain break can be used for this. Beautiful location, beautiful house, beautiful place.

We absolutely loved our stay with our family of 8. Three generations came to stay in Alkmaar where my grandparents were from. We had a great time. The house is spacious and has all necessary amenities. The beds were very comfy and clean. And we loved being able to have morning coffee in the garden. Thank you Dion for the lovely space to make memories. 10/10 would stay again.

Quietly located, bright, very clean apartment with great views. The apartment is very spacious, which was ideal for the two of us with a small child. The check-in was very straightforward and the communication with Anja from beginning to end was very good. There is ample parking in a private parking lot behind the house. Many excursion destinations in the area can be reached quickly by car. On request, Anja provided us with a travel cot for a small surcharge. The only point that bothered us was that for an old, worn Ikea high chair (new price €15) a surcharge of €5 was also required.

We really loved it at Dick and Thildy's place. The two are very friendly, open and give great tips for the area. The apartment was beautifully decorated, you felt very comfortable - surrounded by flower fields and a rural idyll with 2 sweet cats, ducks & chickens. Despite the construction of the new accommodations, we did not feel disturbed - I am curious how they look then!! 🙏🏻 Definitely a great place to explore North Holland and experience the colorful flower fields!

We stayed at the apartment for a week with our children. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos and descriptions. Everything was clean and cleanly equipped. You can see and hear the sea from the balcony. The bedrooms could be darkened very well. Henk was always available and friendly. The apartment is located in a large residential building. Nevertheless, it was totally quiet and relaxing! The location is excellent. In a few minutes you can walk to the beach, to the city with a supermarket, no shops and restaurants. A bike rental is also in the immediate vicinity. We liked it without exception and can recommend the apartment without restriction.

A truly unique accommodation experience. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, it poses no obstacle for self-driving travelers. Situated within a yacht club, each unit comes with a small private pier offering beautiful views. The facilities are quite sufficient, making it an ideal spot for families to spend a few days.

I had a lovely holiday and the house was one of the things that made my holiday great
