Serge is a great host. We were warmly welcomed and had a wonderful stay in his apartment. Serge was available around the clock, gave us great tips for activities and showed us his farm. We were also able to get to know the horses there up close. The apartment was just like in the pictures, beautifully decorated, and very clean. We felt very comfortable and will certainly come back on our next visit to Holland.

I had a wonderful stay! Elton was very friendly and welcoming, making the experience smooth from start to finish. The place itself was lovely—clean, cozy, and well-kept. It was also very quiet, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. The view was absolutely stunning and definitely a highlight. Highly recommend!

A nice, small accommodation that we would book again at any time. Linda was friendly and the instructions were clear. Loved it. However, you should still be quite mobile, because the steep staircase to the bedrooms in the roof, which is pointed out in the advertisement, is really steep (approx. 70° angle) and is more like a ladder. That was not a problem for us, but it might not be clear to everyone how steep it really is, because Dutch stairs are (almost) always steeper than German ones. In the parents' bed, you have to crawl over each other (note for those who have to get out at night😉). But the peace and quiet and the frogs croaking made up for it.

We stayed in the apartment for a week because we were going to walk the Alkmaar four-day walk. It was a perfect place for us, close to the center (starting location) but still quiet. A nice bed, shower and kitchen, everything we needed was there and Ilona was very nice and attentive. We would like to come back and really recommend this place!

It was a really great vacation! The apartment is centrally located right on the village square above the bakery overlooking the best ice cream parlor in the Netherlands, beautiful dunes and the path to the beach. In the morning, an excellent breakfast is delivered to the hallway and then the (beach) day can also start. We were able to park our beach gear right downstairs in the entrance and could also use the washing machine, that was great. In the apartment we found it very comfortably furnished, there was nothing missing and it was also clean. The only thing we imagined differently was the volume of fans from the bakery in the children's room and on the patio, especially with the window open in summer. But if you have a deep sleep, it won't disturb you. We will be happy to come back! Thank you!

Everything was perfect! Coffee & tea supplied. Lovely apartment, lent us bikes foc. We used the pick up service from Amsterdam Centraal Station which was friendly, convenient & punctual. It was also good value for money. Best AirBnB so far! Thank you Bart, Elias & Renee.

We felt very comfortable in Tirza's house and the beautiful garden. Everything is very tasteful and very clean. The terraced house is quietly located on the outskirts of the city and it was great that there is a free parking lot right across the street. Tirza is a very thoughtful and friendly host. Her cats are easy-going and you just have to be careful that they don't get upstairs. Bergen is a beautiful place and you can get to the great beach quickly by bike. There are some beautiful cities nearby, We highly recommend staying at Tirza's house.

Beautiful accommodation close to the center. Check in was very easy. Communication with both Peter and Yvette was always quick and straightforward. We were also able to use the rooftop terrace. Bicycles could be stored in the storage/laundry room. It was about 1/2 hour by bike to the sea...great. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need as a self-catering. Nespresso machine was also there. Even a few capsules. Small, fine cottage we 👍🏻 would book again.

Great stay in Bergen ann Zee, it was our first time in the Netherlands and we were delighted to spend a long weekend there my little family and me. We enjoyed the sea a 3 min walk from the apartment it was really a great setting. We were able to visit Amsterdam too which is just 1 hour by car! The flat was great and as described. The owner very responsive and friendly, it was nice. Cleanliness level there was nothing to say and the equipment was complete for a family with 3 children including a baby! We hope to return in the summer so we can swim this time! I would highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Michael’s place. We booked it for a girls trip with a group of 7. It was the perfect size, lovely surroundings and really central! Would definitely recommend!

This apartment was amazing for our quick trip to Amsterdam. The location is perfect—right on one of the main canals and walkable to everything. Helena was such a gracious host and gave us some great recs for vintage shopping, drinks, and eats. The space was well appointed and she was so flexible with our arrival and departure times. I would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again on a future visit.

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

The apartment is in a great, vibrant neighborhood only minutes from the downtown. It is spacious with plenty of light. Rein is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time in this sweet apartment. We loved sitting in the living room overlooking the canal and appreciated the great shower and overall layout of the apartment. The location is fantastic. Very residential and more peaceful than other parts of the city we have been to. We highly recommend it!

We were greeted personally by Remy and he showed us the apartment and explained how to operate the hot tub. He also gave us recommendations for the area. We were always able to reach him via message and he was very helpful. The apartment and jacuzzi are very private so you feel comfortable. In addition, the accommodation was super clean and pleasant accents were set by fresh flowers.
