We had booked for a month but we had to leave it on the same day as it did not have parking as the host described it since the parking lot was on the busy street or in a plaza. The host kindly accessed asernos full refund. Thank you!

I spent 10 days in Alicia's quiet, cozy Airbnb. It's a great budget studio apartment, with two issues that stop it from being perfect. First the good: The unit is in great condition and has a well-equipped kitchen, with a blender, coffee maker, microwave, a fast induction cooker, and a drum of drinking water with a pump. It's a very private space, with lots of natural light, in an excellent location: in a quiet neighbourhood between downtown and a major shopping area. It's a pleasant 15 minute walk to multiple malls and big supermarkets. It's also a 5 minute walk to a big pharmacy (Guadalajara) and a mini-supermarket (Dunosusa), plus frequent buses going to the Centro. Alicia was very nice when she checked me in, and always very responsive to messages. The only downsides were: The wifi, a bit slow and with a weak and unreliable signal (needs a repeater), not suitable for voice calls; and the weak shower, which made it hard to really wash off. Otherwise, it was a very good stay.

I had a great stay! The place was very nice and just a short walk from the beach. Check-in and check-out were super easy and convenient. Karla and Andy were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We couldn’t have asked for a better first house!! The place is nice and private, beautiful decor inside and out, getting in was so easy and simple. It even had a speaker for us to jam to while we were getting ready or in the pool (that’s a huge plus!). You do have to park on the street so depending on the time of the day you won’t have parking right in front of the house but it’s not too far. We loved how it was close to downtown Merida. Good restaurants all around. The hosts are really responsive, within minutes they had an answer to our concerns. It was a great stay and we totally recommend it. We will be back! FIVE STARTS FIVE STARS!!!⭐️
