Place, clean, the bed is very soft and comfortable, everything was clean, the communication was excellent, a safe and quiet area even if it looked like a hidden area, I recommend it

Berenice and Julián's house in Mérida is really beautiful, tastefully decorated and with great attention to detail, something I greatly appreciated. Every corner is thought out carefully, which makes the stay very pleasant. Also, I loved that they allowed my dog to enter, something that is not always easy to find and that made my experience even better. The environment is quiet, ideal for resting, but at the same time, there is a well-stocked supermarket just a 15-minute walk away, which is very convenient. Communication with hosts was always clear and straightforward, which made the whole process very easy. The internet is great, I work online and was very helpful. Definitely a place I'd come back to!

Communication with Hugo was very good, from the moment we made the reservation, until the moment of departure. We appreciate the attention, we enjoyed the stay and we will certainly have it as an option when we return to Mérida.

Malú's kindness since we made the reservation was immediate, the treatment she gave us made us feel at home and she is accessible with everything as long as you let her know when you need something. If I return to Merida, I would not hesitate to stay in his apartment again.

We stayed a little more than a week in Mara's place, we were interested in that the place looked quite intimate and so it was , when the location on the map was not the same but Mara had already sent us the coordinates of the place which helped us get exactly from the apartment,the place was very spacious and we had the opportunity to cook a lot , what I was most worried about was the safety of the area since we rented a car, we left the car outside the house during the stay and there was no problem, we also had an opportunity to go to several places walking and we were able to arrive without any problem, the apartment was impeccable and very clean at all times , the pool and common areas always quiet in the same way , we were glad to have chosen such a nice place, we could not have chosen something better since there were several delicious restaurants around it!

Very comfortable, the climate control works perfectly. There is privacy and security. The excellent Internet and the screen to enjoy after a hot day walking is appreciated that it has Roku. Very close to the UADY of medicine and nursing. We went because my son would take the entrance exam and the location was the best. Totally recommended

Fantastic location, just a few steps away from the beach. El Cuyo was very relaxed and peaceful, with plenty of restaurants near. The space was simple but has everything you need. Would recommend!

I loved it!! I came on vacation to Merida to visit my boyfriend and it was a special place, it is a bit far from tourist areas but there is easy access to bus routes and they come and go. We rented 3 Airbnbs and we chose this one specifically so as not to go sightseeing. The day we arrived we spent time at the pool and ordered some very good and inexpensive burgers that were super close by. The next day we went to the beach, and the next day we spent watching movies all day (the living room is super cozy) and cooking (the kitchen is super complete). It was perfect for both of us. Agustin's attention was extraordinary, he was always attentive and available for any questions or concerns from many days before the reservation, and he even helped me book when my paycheck was available so that the dates wouldn't get taken... Excellent attention!! Highly recommended 🥰

We loved our stay at Casa Joa. Vance (an American) and his Cuban wife Ana are gracious hosts with an absolutely beautiful home filled with fine art and furnishings. We had the entire upstairs suite, which was huge with several different rooms all beautifully decorated. Vance and Ana share their large home with a few other warm, lovely family members and a few friendly pets. So nice. Ana’s sister is an excellent cook and offers custom breakfasts for a reasonable charge. Well worth it. The home is an easy walk to Plaza Grande, Calle 47 (Merida’s new restaurant row), and several other plazas and restaurants. I highly recommend Tacos de Unión, a simple but delicious restaurant a block away. Try the mushroom and guacamole tacos (you’re welcome). Overall, an excellent stay in a lovely completely renovated colonial home with wonderful people in a great location. What’s not to like.

A very nice room, my husband and I were very comfortable, although because it is on an avenue, cars passed by a lot and it was a little difficult for me to sleep, the place is well worth it, very clean and beautiful, close to the sea, you can see some beautiful sunsets, I liked it a lot, I would stay again.

Splendid and extremely well maintained hacienda. Very kind and welcoming staff. Only downside, a little noisy at night since the bedroom overlooks the street.

We loved the accommodation, very nice and cozy, a stone's throw from the restaurants, downtown and the park the plancha. We'll be back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at one of Stan and Sherry's places and their genuine hospitality! I live in Tulum so with coming to Merida I really wanted a colonial accommodation experience. The home was grand, historic, gorgeous, and tranquil - a lovely change of scenery from what I'm used to. I also really appreciated the quality of the towels and bed linens, as well as the filtered water for drinking.

The pictures don’t do this place justice (in the best way)! So so beautiful. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Pepe and Jose Luis were very welcoming and great hosts. They went above and beyond during our stay and we would highly recommend this place to anyone. The beds very nice, and the pillows were comfortable. The rooms didn’t get too hot even without AC and the fan thats provided. They welcomed our little pup and made her feel comfortable as well. 10/10 for us. We would stay there again. The breakfast was also delicious and the pool area was unique and serene.
