We were delighted with Raziel's accommodation, es departamento was super comfortable, the bathroom was impeccable, the necessary to be in our 6-day stay, we love the tranquility of being there, in addition one of the things I liked was the access to the pool, its schedule until 11 pm meant that after knowing the city throughout the day you will arrive and you will enjoy it a good time, we would clearly stay with the… 10/10 since at all times it was on the lookout for us and was very friendly 🤗

Location, location, location. The apartment is modern, clean, and close to parks, restaurants and entertainment. Bathroom is a nice size with a large shower.

Wonderful stay! The apartment is as shown in the pictures: clean, comfortable, modern, and very well equipped. The two rooms are spacious and air-conditioned, perfect for resting after a sunny day. What we loved most was the location: in a very quiet area, but close to everything needed - shops, restaurants and just steps away from the beach. Communication was great with the host at all times. We definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back very soon. Thank you for everything!

We enjoyed our stay at Carlos's apartment. He was so helpful with all the messages he sent prior to our arrival to be sure we could find the location and access the apartment. The space was very comfortable and just as described.

Excellent spot, it was quiet most of the time and had everything we needed. Its an excellent place to be at and move to different locations around Merida. The place needs work on the cleaning supplies, we had to buy Pinol and a mop as the available mop had a terrible odor and so did the floors.

Everything is super good and the perfect location.

We found the apartment very comfortable. The shower was great, bed was comfortable. My husband and I had some health issues to deal with while we were there and Kevin was very understanding. Would stay there again.

Carmen was great host and was quick to respond to our requests. He gave us links to places we asked about and was around a great host. Being beside La Plancha gave a wonderful place to walk each night and the walk downtown along Calla 47 was about the best place we could have chosen for an Airbnb. We are going back in September to finish my dental procedures and are going to g to try to book the same location from Carmin.

The place kept growing on me, month after month. An oasis just when I needed it. Dario was an absolute gentleman, kind and generous, always ready to help. The place is so well designed for long term living, all the necessaries and then some. A charming neighborhood with kind people all around. An excellent restaurant and laundromat at the end of the block. I will return!

The accommodation has all the amenities for an incredible stay, the beds are super comfortable and it has everything you need to cook (microwave, oven, air fryer, blender, etc.) I really felt at home, the location is not an impediment to enjoy all the attractions of Tulum, it is true that it is a little far from the center but if you have a car the place is ideal to rest. My family and I were delighted, if we have the opportunity we would stay at this place again.
