Fantastic central location with many amenities and great spaces and great beds and a great vibe

The place is lovely. Kids had an amazing time in the pool and visiting the animals. An amazing home for families and the people who work at the ranch are very friendly.

If you are looking for a stunning rental close to the Centro area this is for you. The host has been beyond kind and helpfull in any way possible. The home is extremely beautiful and has so much artistic flair with tons of comforts included. we loved the hot tub balcony and private pool. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone

Very nice place and comfortable for 6 people. It has easy access to progreso and to the periférico in Merida. The rooftop offers some very nice sunrise views in the morning.

The house was very nice and felt very cozy, despite the fact that there were some details, everything was resolved by Mr. Aliyar immediately. I definitely recommend the house and I really appreciate the hospitality with which we were received, expecting a future to go again.

The attention I received from the host was always kind and was attentive to what was needed, we only had a problem finding the condominium because Google maps sends to the back of the place and the streets do not have a signage. The house is just what you describe in the nice and comfortable app, clean and very good size pool with everything you need to have a pleasant day.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and attractions nearby. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I booked the accommodation for my family and they were very satisfied with their stay. Just remember to turn off and on the lights and air conditioning when not occupied, as the rule is clear at the time of booking.

Great stay. The villa is awesome. For a small group that had a wedding nearby. Convenient because each room has its own bathroom and if someone wakes up early they can go down to the living room and kitchen without disturbing the others. Beautiful pool, great beach club. Perot nice restaurant across the street. The only small challenge is to find transportation, taxi or uber that takes groceries from Telchac. Owner Alex very responsive. Friendly and excellent communication. Entry is simple and efficient. We will keep this option for a future reservation in the area. Thank you ☺️

We were delighted by Jems' welcome, he was very friendly and he supported us and accompanied us during a galley with the rental car. The house is wonderfully charming. Very quiet and functional for a large family. The house is a 5min drive from the center. 25-30 walk. Small wooden shop across the street. Great stay, we'll be back! Thanks Jems!!

Stunning, unique house in a lovely, tranquil setting. Gorgeous pool. My kids enjoyed playing in the sand with the beach toys and saying hello to the beach dogs who occasionally stopped by. We loved drinking our coffee on the patio, watching the birds over the gulf in the early morning. The water is fairly calm, with sandy bottom so good for swimming and playing in gentle waves. And you have the beach totally to yourself. The water visibility is poor because of wind/ currents/ boats etc. (so no point in snorkel or goggles). There are two sea kayaks, which are lovely. Quite a bit of seaweed piles up at the tide line (might be a seasonal thing), which is harmless but makes the shoreline slightly less picturesque (if that matters to you). The playa viva restaurant in Telchac Puerto is terrific— get the fish tacos and the ceviche. All in all, a terrific stay at the house— I only we were there longer. We hope to come back!!

The accommodation is as described in the post, great option for traveling with family and children. The location is central so you could not occupy the vehicle at all there is a pretty good restaurant nearby and several shops about 5 blocks away. A really nice experience 👍🏻

Lovely property and friendly staff. Be sure to read the description and amenities fully just so you know what to expect. There are no true windows, only screens, and no A/C so it’s more like glamping. The WiFi only worked near the lobby/pool area but not in our cabin. We ended up having to leave early unexpectedly so I can’t give a full review of the place and didn’t try asking them about the WiFi. As long as you know what to expect, it’s great!

Great place to be at peace and enjoy nature

It was very quiet and interesting. Hector was a great host and made everything for us to feel comfortable. We were very warmly welcomed, got recommendations for our further trip and some information about Yucatan. You have to know that you are staying in a forest and it can of course be that you meet some small animals, but this is no problem.

Nice place and very Welcoming folks checking us in. Pool was wonderful and we all loved the feeling of being part of true culture.

Large, beautiful property with lots of charm and all of the amenities. It's the jungle and the buildings are simple, so prepare to contend with a few ( harmless ) bugs in the outdoor kitchen and in the rooms. Road to property is a bit long, narrow and rough. Internet was a bit spotty ( reportedly due to construction nearby ) but cell reception was good. Overall met my expectations and was a joy. Thanks Hiram!

Beautiful property nestled into the trees on the edge of the Si'an Kaan reserve. Very nice hospitality and clear check in instructions. it is a major plus that you can walk to Community Tours Si'an Kaan from here!
