Monthly Rentals in Waltham

The place was perfect for our trip to the Boston Marathon. Easy access to downtown and a quick trip to the start line to drop off our runner the day of the marathon. Mark was very responsive, check in and check out were super easy.

Great place to stay during our trip to Boston. Close enough to the city for easy access, but just out of the way for nice and quiet evenings. I'd love to come here and stay again for my next trip!

I spent a week here, going in and out of the Airbnb throughout the day. The Airbnb had everything I would’ve needed including a space heater, washer/dryer, small cooktop, fridge, and even a dishwasher. Super convenient, really nice and quiet neighborhood, and easy to get in and out. Overall a great place to stay!

Stephen was a great and responsive host giving clear instructions and providing little things like umbrella, nespresso capsules etc that makes the difference. The place is spacious and calm, the kitchen is well equipment and all the amenities are nice. Parking in the driveway right in front is a great plus. The neighborhood is calm and friendly and about 30min to Boston. Overall very satisfied with our stay even though it was raining all weekends!
