Great stay!

Very quiet peaceful place. Off street parking was a bonus. We would definitely stay again!

It was a beautiful little air bnb! the theme was cute and there were so many little small touches that made it so great- we got robes, fresh chicken eggs and a goose egg, coffee bar, extra toiletries if you forgot some, etc. not to mention I was traveling from out of state and had to take my culinary school assignment with me, she provided me the right pan I needed so I didn’t have to haul it in luggage :) they were so sweet and there’s even some super yummy honey for sale from their beehive in the backyard! the geese outside were so fun to look at! and I loved the neighborhood

The stay was very welcoming, and I really appreciated the thoughtful snacks provided. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, it did get a bit warm at times due to the lack of a ceiling fan, and the bathroom fan didn’t seem strong enough to clear out the steam—there was noticeable condensation on the walls. Still, a cozy place with nice touches!

This is a lovely, cozy, private attached apartment on a quiet street. We'll definitely try to stay here again on our return trips.

I felt very much at home in Chris’s place. It was clean and comfortable and a great base for visiting the Newton area

Chris's place was perfect for my family of 4 for the week we were visiting Boston. Apartment Pros: Large space, well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and pillows, beds were comfortable, plenty of seating, great AC and wifi. Lots of room to store your luggage out of the way so you’re not tripping over it. 2 full bathrooms! It was convenient having restaurants, Starbucks, and CVS very close by. We felt safe walking around our neighborhood. Cons: There is a little bit of traffic noise, but it didn’t wake me up. Kristin’s place was quiet and perfect for our short stay in the area. Kristin was communicative and really helped us out when I realized I’d only booked for one night but had thought I’d booked for two! We had a great stay.

We loved the house; very clean and modern. Great communication from the hosts and short distance to great local restaurants and family fun!

Robert was an amazing host. House is very old, charming but clean and well-apportioned for a large group. We had 8 for the Boston Marathon-ideal with exception of traffic to/from downtown Boston can be challenging. Great stay, great memories. Thank you, Robert!

We had a lovely stay at Lin's place. Very clean, lovely natural light and quiet. The bed was comfy. Lin was very responsive. We'd stay again!

I don’t even know where to start. It is clear Andrea is passionate about hospitality! The place was incredibly clean, had every amenity you’d need, and she was very responsive and kind. We almost had to cancel because our beloved family dog is very old and was sick. She talked me through how to reach out to Airbnb and was incredibly empathetic. I will 100% stay with Andrea again!

We drove to Boston for a sight-seeing vacation and wanted to stay near the city - not in the city. This was a great location in a quaint neighborhood about 20 minutes by car into town. The house was very clean and uncluttered upon arrival and we felt very comfortable staying here. We made extensive use of the kitchen and the modern appliances served us well. Our hosts (B&Y) were very attentive to our needs which were very few. They communicated often before arrival and accessing the property was very simple. I would recommend this property to anyone planning a similar visit to Boston and have NO regrets in our decision to stay here!

Our family of 5 had a great stay! The place was quiet and comfortable. Easy access/walking distance to Whole Foods, Walgreens, restaurants, and a Core Power Yoga studio which was fantastic. Accommodations were great. The beds were comfortable and the showers were amazing. It was really nice having access to a washer and dryer for the time we were there. I would definitely stay here again.

Dan’s place was perfect - so clean and in a great location. Dan was helpful and communicative. He even kindly left us some snacks and seltzer waters in the fridge! Such a nice touch.

We had a great stay at Cayla's home. Cayla was very responsive and flexible. We appreciated the availability of street parking (with permit provided) and laundry in the basement. Would definitely stay again!

Reda was so wonderful with us!! Extremely communicative and friendly, the apartment is exactly like the pictures and so much better in person. My family & I had a great time in Boston but the apartment was definitely a big highlight. I recommend this place 10/10🩵

It’s a lovely and peaceful neighborhood. The home was really good. Very spacious bedrooms, well stocked kitchen and living room. Wish we had more time to spend indoors. Andy was else quick on responses and proactively addressed any questions we had. Grocery store is just around the corner so that’s a big plus too. Overall a great experience

What a gem!! Ana's appartement is amazing. The bedrooms are large with good mattresses and furniture. Kitchen is great too. There is a nice patio to sit on at the back. Ana's house is extrememy clean, cosy and very well maintained, we will definitely stay here again when we visit Boston!

Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights. Great apartment with fantastic rooftop overlooking city. More personal than just a hotel. Place was just as described, laundry a plus! Host very responsive and friendly. Just stairs are very steep going up and down (3 long flights). So definitely consider this! Would stay again

This place was a gem - so clean & with a great location. It was also fully stocked which made it very easy to cook and the dishwasher was honestly one of the best we’ve ever used. Would recommend and honestly will stay again if returning!

We loved staying at Jennifer’s condo. A very quiet, walkable location with great neighborhood eateries. Definitely consider a visit to Waverly Kitchen. Very friendly staff and excellent food & cocktails. Jennifer accommodated us when our flight into Boston was delayed and we appreciated her help very much! Stocked kitchen and quality furnishings made her place feel like home!
