Apartment according to the photos, quiet place. All brand new, cleaning supplies, pots. All ok. Only the grill that returns a lot of smoke inside the apartment even warning at the entrance, but it is not a problem of the apartment itself, it seems that it is something with the building because other apartments had the same problem. The hallway is filled with smoke when someone uses it. We use it once to test and we don't even erase rs pq really is a lot of smoke. Other than that, nothing to complain about. All very beautiful, new and organized

The stay in Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not conducive to the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bed linen and blankets, but that did not prevent the good use. Due to the low season in which I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it passed by letting the air air a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and it doesn't have much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.

I have nothing to say about this stay, I felt like I was at home. We'll be back soon. This apartment is perfect.

We had a wonderful stay! The studio is in an excellent location, with market, pharmacy, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. The street is super quiet and at night the silence is absolute, we slept very well. The place has everything we need to prepare quick meals, and the center is also close by car. Very nice the house, td clean and working and the space of the condominium tbm is very nice. Very great pool and game room. Nearby Supermarket. But you have to pick up the car to get things done. It is near the highway and walking with a child has no way. But by car it is quiet to go to tbm beach.
