La Rondine - big windows & pool

La Rondine is at one end of the manor house; a gate opens onto your own oasis. The air-conditioned space has a queen bed in the central area and two single beds in the open loft. It has huge windows overlooking the valley towards the sea. To the one side, your large terrace has sunbeds and a dining nook. Just up a set of stairs is your own pool (unheated) and deck, with unobstructed views across the valley and out to the sea. La Rondine has easy access to the common area and parking.

Welcome to Fiesole in Giardino Home In the nice Fiesole, the hill overlooking Florence, a small independent house, with bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom, all renovated. Breakfast inclusive in the price: in the Spring/Summer the breakfast is served on the roof terrace with view! Totally renovated, this house is located on the ground floor of my family home, an ancient house dating back of 1700. Just few kilometres to Florence, but surrounded by the quiet of tuscan country.

Staying here is like being in your own home. In the renovation of the house whose construction dates back to the 1800s, I used the entire top floor to create three independent flats. Each flat has a private bathroom and kitchenette, so as to guarantee absolute privacy.

With this downtown accommodation, you and your family will be close to everything. A few steps from the central station of Florence “Santa Maria Novella”, just 6 minutes on foot. A few minutes walk also from the ‘Duomo’, ‘Ponte Vecchio’, ‘Piazza della Signoria’ with the museum of the ‘Uffizi’ and all the rest of the historic center. Less than a 5-minute walk away is also ‘Fortezza da Basso’, where the famous ‘Pitti’ fashion event and much more are hosted.

Casale Monticchio / The Barns, up to 5 people

Two adjoining barns gave us 120sqm to form this guest house. Where possible, we have left all the stone walls exposed so there is a warm atmosphere throughout the year. Once upon a time was a mezzanine level in one of the barns so we reinstated it to create the second sleeping area above what is now the living room. With the help of a local blacksmith, we were able to make a 4m high single door, linking the terrace to the living room.

The dryer

The house is in a good location for country walks, wildlife, sun, and sightseeing. It's in a nature filled valley with easy routes to interesting places like Siena or smaller towns such as Montone. The house is desirable because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. This small place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Wi-fi access has recently been improved in the house.

La Casetta in the countryside near the sea

La Casetta is located in the countryside of Marina di Campo, a 10-minute walk from the village and the beautiful beach. Surrounded by greenery and quiet. It accommodates up to 4 people. It consists of a double bedroom and a bunk bed in the spacious living area. The house is completed by a large veranda where it is very pleasant to eat during the summer.
