Amazing place - really recommend. So close to the beach and pool is great. Super comfortable bed, very tidy and lovely outdoor space. Fairly remote part of the island so if you want to explore easily might be worth getting a car (taxis are expensive).

Amazing service picked me up from the airport for such a reasonable fee and the place was spotless and so much like the photos! Shops opposite the Airbnb and some fast food places down the road and the closest beach a 20min walk which is basically straight down really enjoyed my stay would definitely stay again

Fabulous stay at Peo|Annie’s! They were incredibly responsive, but also gave us lots of suggestions as far as things to do and how to get around! Highly recommend!

The room was clean and the amenities was thoughtful, everything we forgot or didint think to pack was readily available to us. Hospitality was through the roof we couldn't ask for a better host or better accommodations. The veiw was breathtaking. We had some rain so wind was clean and the ocean view made us want to stay an additional night. We will be back and we thoroughly recommend these villas to anyone wanting a beautiful, peaceful, get a way.

Felicia's place was ideal. The bed was comfortable. The A/C worked A+. The area is walkable, close to the beach, close to attractions like "Fish Fry" , food store and restaurants. Convenient location to explore the island and fell safe. Felicia was generous and responsive. I have a great time. I will stay here again, when I am in Nassau. I highly recommend here place!

Beatrice was an amazing host who showed us a real local experience. She is very knowledgeable about the area and it seems like she knows everyone. One afternoon, she taught us to do unique things like harvest a coconut and make Conch salad. She even shared some of her homemade guava jam with us. Her snorkeling and fishing tips were also very helpful. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Great location and quick and easy to the beaches and shopping.

This stay was the perfect, quiet hideaway. Far away enough from the main road to avoid the sounds of traffic, but close enough to be able to get around. I will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay away from the touristy areas. Located in a safe gated community, made it easy to explore south side of the island. Great neighborhood to walk and explore. Apartment was as expected, neat and clean. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, provided snacks and all the essentials. Water pressure in the shower was quite low, however, which could be a slight negative and hot water did run out quickly in the winter time. Otherwise this was a very nice place to stay, highly recommend!

Great stay!!! The accommodations are simple and comfortable. Co host Kendrick was helpful and welcoming. The views from the private upstairs balcony are amazing and the landscaping is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Edwin’s home was perfect for us- we stayed a night before chartering a boat and it was a great price and very close to the Marina. Edwin went out of his way to help us with our travel and made the experience really easy. The place was clean, simple and had everything we needed.

10+ stars! We had an OUTSTANDING stay. Rhonda and Steve are beyond generous, kind and accommodating. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay with them. We highly recommend them and the sweet local vibe of their part of the island! Definite repeat!

Natasha was very helpful with any questions we had. The entrance was around back and the space was private. She recommended a car rental, although we decided it was best to add on insurance for our own peace of mind. We made a few recommendations about items for cooking and the bedroom pillows to improve the stay for future guests. Having towels for the beach was a bonus plus having a washer and dryer. We enjoyed visiting the national park and had the beaches to ourselves at times.

Nice quiet budget friendly place

I would definitely stay with Letina and Calvin again! They are fantastic hosts and very warm and welcoming. The accommodation is just perfect! In the sitting room, there was a loveseat with a few chairs. There’s also a small dining table with a few chairs. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my own food. The bedroom had a big hutch where you can keep your cloy.The bed was huge and very comfortable. Ice cold air conditioning and ceiling fans in both rooms as well. I really enjoyed my stay there and was also able to smoke a cigar in the outside area where there was a table with chairs and a huge umbrella to provide shade. It’s in a central location in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would definitely book this accommodation again.

Host was very responsive and helped me a lot with setting up reliable transportation to and from places for a good price. Better to get set up with transportation with host because taxi services will charge way more than transportation services through host. They checked on me to make sure I was okay everyday, which made me feel very safe. Super close to a beautiful beach, Montagu Beach. But you definitely want to get a rental or have a plan for transportation support

Wow! Spectacular apartment. First class all the way. We will certainly recommend it to other boating friends who might have guests that won’t fit on their boat! It’s clean, quiet, and easily accessible by car. Also very convenient to have a washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen! This place felt very private and secure in a safe part of Nassau. Apt was very comfortable and the bed was great. The AC worked really really good as well. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but overall def worth the price. Easy taxi or 30 min walk to main areas.
