Holiday rentals with a fire pit in The Bahamas

I can’t say enough good things about the Palmetto house. The entire time felt like a dream. The golf cart made going back and forth between the Caribbean and Atlantic side so easy. We saw so much sea life while there. The house is well thought out and really felt like home. Terri was super responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again but this time even longer.

We were blessed to go on this trip for my mom's 70th birthday and it did not disappoint! Jim & Mary were both incredibly helpful, communicative, and friendly and they have local support in the area to help you navigate your first day or so if needed. It is important to know that this location is not a tourist destination and you need to be ok driving, cooking, and enjoying their beautiful home and beach front property. The home is fully stocked with what you need to enjoy the water (paddleboards!) and to cook, sleep, and soak up the sunshine. The outdoor shower was a spa experience as you look out at the amazing lush yard. We highly recommend this unique, super-special stay in Eleuthera!

Absolutely fantastic! Just what we were looking for. Situated perfectly on top of a hill, overlooking the ocean, the views were unbelievable. We stayed 8 nights with our two adult children and their partners. Stephen’s house was perfect, giving everyone private space yet with a large communal area; kitchen, living room, and patio for coming together for meals and card games. Although it’s described as “off the grid” we lacked for nothing. Hot tub, pool, full laundry, a/c, a well managed house. We were more aware of our environment footprint, yet we lacked for nothing nor did we go without. We lived just like we were at home. Even with the remote house location there were two perfect rustic beach shacks within 10 minute walks along the beach. We had great food and drink service at both. Finally the beach, over a mile of unspoiled paradise. Shallow clear waters, beautiful colors, insanely peaceful. Absolutely no crowds. At most we saw maybe 30 people on the busiest day.

Cody's place was amazing. We all had fun swimming right off the back of the house. The area for drinks/coffee and swimming was simply amazing. Sunset was terrific. Cody was so responsive and the house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend.

If it were possible to rate Shannon higher I would. Shannon’s place was neat and had all the amenities including solar and high speed internet. Shannon was great at communication and was extremely responsive. When we checked in she had mangoes and papaya and water waiting for us and she brought over brownies on the second morning and a lovely blueberry cake our third day. Everyday she offered great advice and her guidebook was very informative. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to find everything we needed. She also had tons of things in the bathroom. Including razors and shampoo and bug spray which you will need on the islands. I can’t think of anything we needed that Shannon did not provide. She’s a great host.

This was our second time staying here, we love it!! Quiet area, great view and convenient location if you want to adventure north or south.

I can’t describe how wonderful this house was because you have to visit to believe it His place was serene, beautiful and so relaxing!! Just what we needed for a week away from the hustle of work!! Just off the beaten path but so worth it and we had our own private beach with snorkel gear, kayaks and floatees!! Will recommend to anyone!! 5 star!!!

We stayed during Spring break week, couldn't have asked for a better place to spend it with my husband and two teenage boys Doc's listing looks just like the pictures (No guests were staying at the other two townhouses, so we had the place for ourselves) It was an awesome experience, San Andros is a beautiful and peaceful place! White sand and turquoise water just a few steps from the house We went kayaking and snorkeling every day. There is fishing gear at the house, that my boys enjoyed Bedrooms were clean, comfortable beds, excellent quality of linens, towels, and comforters. Same goes for the bathrooms, everything was perfectly clean. They are very few restaurants, so we cooked/grilled at the house most of the time. We appreciate Ron's help (Doc's assistant). He made us feel right at home, drove us from the airport to the rental car and then guided us to the house. He was very attentive to all our needs and promptly solved any small issues we had. I'm sure we'll be back again ! ?

This was the first time out of the country for my kids. One mentioned having the best sleep at Danielle's. The other is contemplating moving to the Bahamas with his girlfriend! My husband and I enjoyed the breeze and view from the ocean. We all enjoyed listening to the birds, sitting by the pool, and walking the grounds. We were glad we rented a car. Less than a mile away is Love Beach and a bar. Danielle's home is so peaceful. It was like staying with family.

Great place. You will need a rental to get around but the place is with in walking distance from Love beach which is the best beach in my opinion

My colleagues and I loved this Airbnb. It was perfect for our work trip. The WiFi was fast and the living space was comfortable and well thought out. The beds were super comfortable and made for a restful sleep after long days. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and clean up. I highly recommend booking this Airbnb!

This was an amazing air bnb. Tiffany was incredibly friendly and made the stay feel absolutely amazing. The air bnb was used for the decoration of a birthday celebration and it turned out much better than expected. The airbnb was beautiful and clean with a lovely pool, we’re a bit sad that we didn’t get a chance to use the pool, hopefully we do next time All in all this airbnb was a 10/10

This place was very nice, clean and welcoming... My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Very private and quiet and relaxing after a long day of exploring the island.

Chris’ beautiful home was one of my favourite airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at and I must have stayed at over 20-30. Chris is such a nice host and very communicative! His taste and the way he decorated the space was just beautiful. You truly felt like you were in Bahamas or Atlantis- but still somehow better. Wouldn’t have done it any better myself lol If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Nassau this is it! My family and I felt very safe and will definitely return in the future! Already planning my next trip ! Side note (make sure to visit all the adorable puppies and kittens at the local humane society/ potcake palace!!!) Thanks again Chris , we loved your place!!!

What an awesome spot!

Super sick spot would highly recommend if you have a boat, very secluded place to get away and the staff showed us a good time.
