Beach house holiday rentals in The Bahamas

We had a wonderful time at Tami's place! The house is super cute, so well designed, and in a great location that lends itself well to doing things on-site as well as serving as a springboard to other places/attractions. At the house, we enjoyed sunbathing, snorkeling (cool fish living right there whereTami and hubby built a wall in the water with stacked limestone pieces), and paddling the ocean kayak (we saw a nurse shark as we were heading out to one of the sandbars!). We loved the deck where you can sit and enjoy the cool breeze off the water while listening to the waves and admiring the view. As mentioned, we were close enough to zip into town to shop, visit beaches, and do an excursion without having to drive very far. Communication both prior & after arrival was easy and replies were super prompt. Once there, Tami had left a notebook full of info on every possible thing to do/see on the island. We loved our time there & wished we could have stayed longer!

Amazing place to stay in Eleuthera. Absolutely stunning panoramic views of the ocean, and great living space with everything you need. Very well equipped kitchen which is appreciated as we cooked most of our meals, and a gas stove that came in handy as we could still use during an island-wide power outage (there was only one during our stay). Local caretaker (Derrick) was a phenomenal help, even helping my husband and I track down some local fish and lobster to cook. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a fantastic week long stay!!! Rented a car (M&W Johnson's Car Rental)and explored the island. Great place to be to go explore everything. Also best place to be was where we were. The restaurants and beaches closest to us were our favorite places. {i.e…. Pascals(say hi to Sammy), Tippy’s, Buccaneers Club, 1648(say hi to Kelly), The Deck, please visit Fish Fry Fridays} That being said….. the house was amazing. Pool with a waterfall was so refreshing and nice to relax in. The garden areas are so lovely. Spent a lot of time looking out the windows and the surrounding nature. Inside was clean and inviting from walking in to leaving on the last day. Cool and comfortable everywhere in the house and a great kitchen set up. We slept so comfortably every night.

Lured Inn is a hidden Bahamas gem! This was our first time to the Bahamas with our family of four - two kids age 9 and 11. Amy was SO helpful from the minute we booked assisting in travel, transportation, and recommendation help. Her proactive communication made getting to and enjoying this tucked away spot seamless. The pictures do not do justice to the stunning property perched on white sands with the cove seemingly to ourselves. We enjoyed a half day trip up the cove to Money Point for snorkeling and leisure, saw many sea turtles swimming in the cove, kayaked, and leisured. Nathan, the grounds keeper, was a sweetheart and kept the beach pristine and the kids hands full of fresh coconuts! We ventured down to Kizzy's for a fabulous island dinner - you MUST get the cracked conch! Two days were spend out on the water with Gandal - fishing the flats for bone fish (SO FUN) and snorkeling the reefs. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend Amy's in a heartbeat!

Right on the beach, beautiful views. The home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen lacks some items that you would need for cooking or baking. There is no WiFi at this location. There were only 2 bath towels and 2 beach towels and we were there for a week. We didn’t find any hand towels. There was also limited toilet paper and paper towels. We had to purchase some for our stay. All that said, the place was convenient for our stay. Note that there are no addresses on this island and the directions to the house could be better explained.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Janice’s overlooking the ocean on the south end of Cat Island. The ocean views are excellent, both from the deck and palapa. The beach is quite private. The kitchen was well-supplied for cooking, and Reynold brought us some excellent mahi to prepare.

Our stay in Abaco was beyond perfect! We brought our three young children and Frank did everything possible to make us happy and comfortable. The house is absolutely beautiful and located on a peaceful, serene slice of this world! We enjoyed swimming, paddle boarding, swinging in the hammock, playing in the sand, long walks, grilling, and exploring the rest of the island. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

Our family really enjoyed our time at Seabreeze Villa. The house and location were absolutely beautiful. The kayaks and paddle boards were a great bonus to explore the flats on the beach access in the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked which worked out great for us, we cooked most our meals at the house. The only thing I would point out would be that the backyard has a lot of overgrowth (more than in booking photos), blocking off some of the absolutely stunning views - but that detail is trivial. The host was extremely helpful with recommendations and responsive.

5 stars isn’t enough! This villa on Treasure Cay Beach is pure paradise—steps from the most gorgeous sand and water we’ve ever seen. The house was super clean, comfy, cute, and had everything we needed— and much more! The beach is so quiet and private, and most days we had it all to ourselves! The pool was so clean and quiet as well! Tommy was an amazing host from the moment we booked on Airbnb to the moment we left Treasure Cay! He is incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. He is a local, so he was able to provide the best information that we used to book a boat, excursion, golf cart, dinner reservations, and much more. He even gave us some tips on the best way to cook the fish we caught during a fishing trip! You can tell he genuinely cares that his guests have an amazing time. We didn’t want to leave and we are already planning a trip back! If you're heading to Treasure Cay, stay here—you won’t regret it!

Place was peaceful and worth the stay. Vernette was very helpful and responsive when we had questions.

Beautiful villa, nicely renovated, and very clean! Location was perfect, easy walk to the pool and to the beach. Beach had super soft sand, palapas for shade, and the beach chairs were set up already. Amanda was very helpful before we arrived. She put us in contact with someone for a local van rental and helped us find a docking area for our sailboat. One thing to note is that both bathrooms are off bedrooms but our adult kid in the third bedroom navigated going through another's bedroom well. Lovely place, highly recommend!!

The Kite House was everything Stephen said it was. Beautiful home off the grid. Power and water worked great. Water at kitchen sink was fantastic! Island lost power one day due to a wreck, but this house never lost power. Wifi works great as well. Stephen was always very helpful and responded promptly when we had any questions. Cocoplum Beach is also gorgeous! The entire island is a must see! We stayed June 3-10. Weather and water was amazing! Truly at least 50 shades of blue and so clear when in it.

Beautiful home, the photos don’t do it justice. It worked so well with a larger group. It was nice to have a bit of separation with the downstairs bedrooms having a bit of living space as well. The pool was fantastic as were the views.

I was very impressed with the studio! Is beautiful,love the decoration,is very spacious and the view is amazing. It was clean and very organized. Looking forward to come back someday.

This rental has the best of it all. High end soaps, shampoos, linens, decor, even the appearance was high end. Great location from French leave beach and shops

We had an absolutely wonderful time at The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully provided, from cozy linens to a fully stocked kitchen. The location was perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet close to everything we needed. The host was responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

We enjoyed having a private beach with an amazing view. It was an easy drive to the ferries. We recommend getting a car. The house manager, Agatha, and the hosts were very quick to respond to any questions prior to and during our stay. 5 of us stayed comfortably.

This property is pure magic!!!! The photos don't do it justice. It's main feature is the incredible bluff with a wide vista of the ocean along with the incredible intimate lagoon where we snorkeled whenever we could. The array of fish and sea life in the lagoon was staggering. In one day we counted over 12 fish species and two different sea turtle species. Every day there was at least 5 to 6 different fish species. It was completely private. The rest of the island was also magical with incredible beaches and other snorkeling locations but our biggest struggle was deciding whether to just stay at the house and lagoon or go out exploring. Having the car to rent right there was a big plus. Both Scott and the caretaker was highly responsive and when we did have a couple issues they were resolved quickly. The house itself is comfortable and clean with a nice tropical vibe. We HIGHLY recommend this property. It is everything it promises and more.

Cody's place was amazing. We all had fun swimming right off the back of the house. The area for drinks/coffee and swimming was simply amazing. Sunset was terrific. Cody was so responsive and the house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. It was extremely private and picturesque. The best part was all of the helpful information Wally, the host, provided. the information he provided made a very remote island much more accessible!

The location is perfect. Having never been to Exuma, we wanted to stay centrally located. We were able to explore the whole island from Edahlia's. Being right on the beach was awesome! Morning coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean from the deck.... sweet! So many beautiful beaches to choose from! Capricorn Beach in front of the house was always nice. We had it all to ourselves. We always felt safe and the few neighbors were friendly and helpful. These are not deluxe accommodations. If you are looking for that, those are available. You can spend as much as you want. The home was clean and comfortable. We will definitely return to Exuma and Edahlia's place will be the first one we check for availability.

This is our 2nd visit to Geaux Fish. We love how cozy and quaint this home is. The location is perfect - a couple minutes from the beach; is close to local restaurants. It’s quiet and clean and really feels like home away from home. Josh’s response time to messages is wonderful too. Spanish Wells is heaven on earth and we’re so happy we found Josh’s place to make the visit even better. Thank you for sharing your sweet home with us, Josh and Leigh. So looking forward to 2026!
