Beautiful and very well-equiped apartment in a peaceful countryside with absolute privacy. Paul and Nicole were lovely hosts who gave us a lot of tips and were at our disposal at all times. We felt like at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

A stylish home being made better all the time. A lovely house with a huge garden area that always had sun or shade. And a proper big bed - essential! Communication was very easy. Located only 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Vence. A good choice.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sylvain's place in Nice! A lovely Air BnB opposite the beach, with a balcony overlooking it to enjoy it from the comfort of the Air BnB. Spacious apartment with a communal pool open over 12 hours everyday. Easy access to bus links through Nice and to Antibes and Cannes. I would definitely stay again!

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our accommodations! This delightful apartment was the perfect size for us, well decorated and peaceful. It is convenient to just about anywhere you want to explore, but there is plenty to do even if you just stay in the beautiful local area. We loved the beach, the gorgeous rooftop pool, the array of restaurants, the natural attractions and the market across the street. Many thanks to Florian, a thoughtful, friendly and welcoming host who responded quickly to any questions we had. We are thrilled to have found this gem and are already looking forward to booking it again!

Our stay went wonderfully. We couldn't have dreamed of a better place to spend a few days in the area. If, like us, you decide to visit several cities in the south by car, you will find here a real cozy, spacious, perfectly clean, modern, easy to access, and ideal for the car. The rooftop pool is truly the icing on the cake. You can book with your eyes closed, it's probably the best accommodation I've rented on Airbnb. Another big thank you to Kevin for his kindness and responsiveness!

There are sounds from the departure track and the road, the only disturbing is that when you close the windows, the view , the house and everything else was very good, Jacques and loic are very helpful, thank you, we had a car, the garage works a lot

The view is absolutely stunning!! The tent was fully equipped with everything we needed and more, aswell as the bathroom/kitchen, everything was spotlessly clean and checkin/out was super easy too! The only thing i would say is, i wouldn’t recommend walking up as there are over 400 steps up to the accommodation which was super tiring with bags and in the heat, i would use the local bus which is still a 13 minute walk from the accommodation but makes it less tiring 😅

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

Needed extra towels for the family and Ryan delivered., place is groovy, especially the verada overlooking the sea. The morning breeze and sun is viola! it's a good spot.

Great private apartment with a lovely terrace! The place looks just like the photos — stylish and cozy. I would recommend it for two adults and possibly one small child, as the second bed is quite small and access to the bathroom is through the second bedroom, which is a bit inconvenient. Other than that, it’s a super nice place — the terrace is amazing, it feels very homey, and it’s really close to the airport.

The apartment is as described. Very nice view from the terrace. Noémie was welcoming and flexible on arrival time. Only downside, no reserved parking space and little space in the parking lot in front of the residence.

My partner and I had a lovely stay in a good place and very friendly but also very responsive hosts. The accommodation matches the photos!! Parking is hard to find but a few spaces are available around the accommodation. If you come without a car, public transport is very accessible. My partner and I had a lovely stay, thanks to the hosts!

A very nice functional and clean apartment in a beautiful private and quiet residence, a minute walk from the beach. Nexflix on tv, air conditioning in each room to be modulated according to preferences. Roberto remains active and available by message for any suggestions or help! We'll be happy to go back!

Everything was very good, very good location and the hostess was super friendly. Communication with Kerry-Leigh was excellent! Bus 44 is around the corner from the house and is super convenient. Totally recommended.

Very pleasant and satisfying stay in every respect at Guylaine's! Clean, bright accommodation, exactly as advertised. And very well located in the center of Cagnes, Renoir Museum among others, easily accessible on foot. Beautiful panoramic view of the rooftops of Cagnes and the medieval castle! A lot of charm in its simplicity...

A truly Magical Place, from the views to the ringing of the church bells. The shuttle tram 44 easily takes Up & Down to town. Walking thru the quite village, having a cocktail on the Plaza. It was beyond my expectations. I hope to return. Merci Cecilia Also Thomas place has everything you need and was super clean.
