This place is just across the street from the Mediterranean sea. Stunning view! Great location on the main beach strand. Lots of good food close by. Check-in was smooth and easy. Eugenie communicated well. Highly recommended!

Absolutely perfect! We stayed long enough in the apartment, and it was functional, pleasant, optimized and extremely well located facing the port of Saint Laurent du Var. Berta was available, accommodating and very kind. I would 100% recommend the accommodation.

Our stay went wonderfully. We couldn't have dreamed of a better place to spend a few days in the area. If, like us, you decide to visit several cities in the south by car, you will find here a real cozy, spacious, perfectly clean, modern, easy to access, and ideal for the car. The rooftop pool is truly the icing on the cake. You can book with your eyes closed, it's probably the best accommodation I've rented on Airbnb. Another big thank you to Kevin for his kindness and responsiveness!

I stayed in Olga's apartment and had a really good time. The apartment is cozy, well maintained and perfectly reflects the description. Very nice home. With a nice view of the distant mountains. Good transportation, you can be in the center quickly. Everything as agreed. The host is very helpful and flexible. One disadvantage is the pull-out bed is a little unstable, but not terrible. We slept well, rested, and it was perfectly suited to what we were looking for. We will come back.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Ideal apartment for a stay by the sea , very clean accommodation, ideally located close to shops . A bike path is at the bottom of the property to reach Nice or Antibes. The accommodation itself is very well appointed and convenient with private parking space. The bedding is comfortable. I will come back without hesitation. Thanks to Mylène and Gilbert.

Great place to stay to head into Monaco for the Grand Prix!

Very nice and well located apartment, 20 minutes walk from the train station. The hosts are very willing to help us with everything. Communication with them was perfect .

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

After staying for a week, I can confidently say this is an excellent choice for a trip to the South of France! The apartment felt very safe and is perfectly located right by the sea – just a 2-minute walk to a beautiful, peaceful beach** that wasn’t crowded at all. The area is wonderfully quiet, yet surrounded by **plenty of delicious restaurants Getting to nearby cities was easy with Uber. The host was fantastic! They kept the place absolutely spotless and made our stay very comfortable. They also gave us incredibly helpful recommendations for amazing restaurants– every single one was a hit, no disappointments! Such a kind and thoughtful host – I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

Excellent location, the week went so quickly. Lots to see and do. A quick dip in a substantial pool then off you go for the day. A good supermarket close by and station not that far away. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful week at Marie-Jo's apartment in Antibes. Everything your heart desires is available, nothing is missing! From coffee machine, towels, bottle opener, ironing board to washing machine and a more than well-equipped kitchen. The balcony has been our highlight, the view extends to Nice and further to the Alps - every magical!! The apartment is 45-55 minutes' walk to the city. There's something you need to walk. But there are also bicycles that you can rent in the city for 10€ a day, because there are more than enough bike paths. We had a wonderful stay! :)
