Holiday rentals with a patio in St-Laurent-du-Var

Bertrand was an amazing host who communicated with me throughout the trip. The apartment was spectacular and we fell in love as soon as we saw it. The location is great and walkable to everywhere. This apartment was perfect for our group of 8 and our 5 night stay in Nice. I highly recommend this place for Nice.

Landlord was very warm. She replied to our message in time. We were able to put our luggage into the house early in the morning. We were surprised by the house. It was very comfortable facing the sea. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at Edi’s for a week in June and I could not recommend it more. The most accommodating and responsive host, beautiful apartment perfectly located. We will be back!

Wonderful clean and newly renovated apartment with many thoughtful touches. A joy to stay here. Walking distance to the Promenade D’Anglais, the beaches. The old town , the bike store and more. Jens’ flat is the perfect place for two couples visiting Nice. Decorated in a stylish nouveau chic motif, it features two comfortable king-sized beds and a small balcony with a charming peek-a-view of the Mediterranean—you can watch boats and yachts drift by in the distance. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The flat is impeccably clean and comes well-equipped with quality bath and beach towels, along with a sufficiently stocked kitchen for basic cooking needs. Hanna Hess (Property Management) and her team were professional and incredibly helpful with communication. The check-in process was the most informative and thorough I’ve ever experienced—thank you, Nonna!

The place is in one of the upscale neighborhoods of Nice, on the hill, overlooking the west side of the city, including the airport. Having the closed pool on premises is a very good perk in warm months - it has been very clean. The whole premises of the apartment buildings are very well maintained and are private. Parking is free and spacious as well. The apartment itself is quite spacious with everything you would need (and some more) for you stay. Dominique and Adrien have been very proactive and great at communication, helped us a lot. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Nice.

Fantastic view from every room and excellent location in the village with gourmet restaurants, two boulangeries and a Wednesday market practically on the doorstep. The flat was light, airy and very clean. A great place for excursions to the coast, exceptional art galleries or the pre-Alpes mountains for walking. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Accommodation identical to the photos, clean and very quiet. I recommend it.

Thomas accomodated most of our needs with best of his attentions. I recommend this place, for those with families wanting private time.

The space was in a perfect location for us to walk around Old Town Nice and use as a central base for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with supplies, cleaning and kitchen basics. The two patios were lovely to relax and have a coffee and enjoy the outdoor space. The area was very close to shops and markets, but very quiet at night. The condo had a helpful guide with local recommendations and tips. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Nice, unless they have mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs to get into the condo and within the condo itself, which were not an issue for us.

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

It was the best accommodation in my airbnb experience. Host offered service snacks for welcome and He said goodbye to me when I leave

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

We stayed for a month, and everything was perfect. Marie Claire and her husband were fantastic hosts. The location is peaceful, the house and garden are lovely and completely private. It’s just a short and safe walk into the village which is probably the best in the entire region. Great shops, plenty of cafes and restaurants, and a decent sized supermarket. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Having lived over in the Fayence area in the past we were extremely impressed with Roquefort-Les-Pins, it is within easy reach of all the attractions in the area and on the coast. We hope to book again.

It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended

Beautiful pool and garden, nice private place, very clean and Sandra is lovely, very friendly, helpful. I did have a bit of trouble finding the place because my Google maps took me down the end of the road, so that's something to be aware of.

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Would definitely return. Veronique was an excellent host 👍🇫🇷

Peter was a very helpful host, his messages were clear and quickly sent. Peter met us, helped us with our bags and gave a quick but informative tour of the apartment. The apartment was well appointed with everything basic you need. It was lovely and clean. The only downside was that we were unable to hang laundry on the balcony due to building restrictions.

Fabulous apartment that is well equipped with anything you need. Beautiful terrace and large windows that allow for a lot of sunlight. The location cannot be any more convenient as there is a tram stop a 15 second walk away and a delicious bakery a couple blocks down. Serge was a great host and provided lovely recommendations for the local area at check in. We had a great time.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing apartment, with balconies and poo!

This apartment exceeded all expectations! Located in the center of Cannes, we found ourselves within walking distance of everything. The flat was immaculate and matched the photos perfectly. David and Tasha were incredibly accommodating, ensuring a seamless check-in process and providing excellent local recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Cannes.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful garden. The area around Tourette-sur-Loup is extremely beautiful, and the access to the town is very easy and very close by. In car it's only a few minutes and you can also walk there. My dad has a slight walking impairment, so we used the car, but the town is very charming and a great plus for the apartment. Edgar is a very friendly and helpful host, and we enjoyed staying with him.
