Beautiful apartment with stunning views of the port of Nice

Guests can enjoy the entire flat which includes a large open plan living-dining area with two south-facing windows overlooking the Port of Nice and the Castle Hill. Separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom with gorgeous views All the apartment was fully renovated in the summer of 2017 and offers A/C. Listed building, period features, high floor with elevator. Guests have full access to the entire apartment. Secure parking for bicycles in the building. We are always available for our guests. We will always welcome you personally and offer you a wealth of information on the area, Nice and the region. The apartment is located in the port area, close to Old Nice, Place Garibadi and the Promenade des Anglais. Easy access, public transportation takes you to Monaco, Menton, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat or Eze. Car parks are available in the immediate vicinity. Bike paths and buses start in front of property to all parts of town, Monaco and all coastal towns along the coast. Boat services to Corsica start at the port opposite the building.

Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

Very bright and cozy loft nested on last (6th US) floor with a lift in an historic building (with a lift) just a stone-throw from the Old Harbor. The unit is oriented East and offers unobstructed views on the Old Harbor, Cap de Nice and the sea that you can enjoy from the patio, the sofa, the dining table or even your bed. The location can't be better - beaches, La Promenade, Old Town and all amenities are just 5 min walk. The unit is accessible from the airport with Tram Line 2.

In a secure residence, this comfortable and very bright 61 m2 apartment has 2 beautiful bedrooms (beds: 160 x 200 cm), on the 4th and last floor with elevator, entirely overlooking the courtyard, fully air-conditioned, with 2 pretty balconies, completely renovated with taste, by an interior decorator. Magnificent 3 room apartment entirely renovated on the sea front. You will be conquered by the situation of the flat "feet in the water". The building was built on the hill of the castle, so you will be 1 minute away from the old nice and its magnificent daily market. Flat with lift for 4 people including 2 bedrooms, one of which opens onto this beautiful terrace overlooking the Nice skyline with its designer lounge and fully equipped kitchen.

New studio in the heart of the port

New quiet studio for 2 people in the new Port Nicea residence (building delivery in June 2020) with a small terrace. The studio is furnished. 10-minute walk to Place Garibaldi and the old town. 10-15 minute walk to the beaches. There are many restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, cheese shops, fish shops and butchers. Near the house there are bus stops for directions to Cannes and Monaco and a T2 Port Limpia/Airport tram stop.
