Holiday rentals with beach access in St-Laurent-du-Var

Great apartment with a beautiful location. The path to the public transport is not far away. (5 minutes' walk to Saint Laurent du Var train station) and the beach is also within 5 minutes' walk. The kitchen includes a good oven and a good microwave. Unfortunately, the stove is not usable, as it cannot even bring water to a boil if you want to cook something quickly. The apartment was clean on arrival and is large enough for 2 people. The balcony is also very pleasant. At night, it is sometimes quite loud outside thanks to the street directly under the apartment, but this does not bother you if you allow the balcony door. Would recommend the appartment.

My partner and I had a lovely stay in a good place and very friendly but also very responsive hosts. The accommodation matches the photos!! Parking is hard to find but a few spaces are available around the accommodation. If you come without a car, public transport is very accessible. My partner and I had a lovely stay, thanks to the hosts!

Lucas put a lot of care into making his home beautiful and comfortable, with extra touches like cokes in the fridge, new sponges, laundry detergent. Everything is very new and good quality. The location is amazing, a short walk to beaches and lots of nice restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again!

We were very well received by Grégory, who paid us attention with cold drinks. The apartment with balcony, is restored to new, tastefully furnished, nothing is missing, everything is well thought out (towels and bed linen included)! No parking worries, we had a place in the underground parking. The location of the apartment is great, and close to transport line 12 to go to Nice. Feel free to rent!

We had a wonderful 10-day stay! Christian gave us a warm welcome and took the time to show us everything in the apartment. The place was very clean and fully equipped – especially the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, everything was perfect, and we felt very comfortable. We’d be happy to come back and can highly recommend this place!

Perfect stay in a well-appointed apartment, with a superb view and just a minute from the sea! Also, well located to go anywhere on the Côte d'Azur (either by bus or train). Sandrine is very responsive to our messages and seeks our satisfaction! Lots of good restaurants and shops around! It makes you want to come back!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Teddy and Aurelie‘s house. It is conveniently close to Vence and easily accessible by car. Teddy was flexible with our arrival slightly later than foreseen and wecomed us showing us around the flat. The place had all the amenities you could wish for, especially if you want to prepare your own food. We loved the decoration which made it both cosy and fun to explore. We will keep our eye on the place for future travel to the region.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

Experience the most authentic southern French country life.Beautiful stone house, beautiful lake view, even if you go the wrong way to the lake, it is a beautiful trip.The room is clean and cozy.The hostess and host are very kind people and will give you a lot of privacy.The most special thing is the two gun dogs, I want to take them home directly ∠(｀ω´*).

The apartment with Yves corresponds very well to the description. It's a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time at the Cote d 'Azur. we really enjoyed every day. Yves is wonderful, very hospitable and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Rebecca was a wonderful host. She was very kind, friendly and helpful. Her home was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We appreciated the snacks and drinks she provided. The view is magical. We would book again without hesitation.

Vassil Stephanie and Elisa are super hosts. The apartment is modern within a secure gated community and 3500 steps to the beach / old town areas. The apartment is exactly as promised with a nice view of the sea. Vassil is very communicative and gave me a very clear set of instructions which made it easy. Response time was super quick and he gave me wonderful local advise on restaurants and sight seeing. The kitchen and amenities are all good. He and his family are great hosts and thanks so much for having us.

The Airbnb was absolutely wonderful – beautifully furnished, extremely clean, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Nothing was missing at all. It was really charming, with sweet little touches like snacks thoughtfully placed on the table and even on the bed, which we found incredibly lovely. We were truly satisfied with our stay. The view of the lake was also stunning – everything was just as we had imagined, if not better!

Very spacious apartment with large outdoor patio that has a fabulous view over Old Town & the Mediterranean. Communication was prompt & very efficient. We arrived early & were able to leave our bags while they cleaned after their last guests. We were able to settle in a couple of hours before the regular check in time which was very much appreciated. The property manager, Jameson, is from our home city & was pleasant & helpful. A very good experience, we’d stay there again & highly recommend it!
