Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

This is the second time we have stayed in Marie-Pierre's apartment. Very comfortable apartment with all the necessities. Quiet place close to all services. The host is very attentive. I recommend.

Such a beautiful apartment and it’s just 5mins walk to the beach , super market , restaurants just few mins walk , moreover , 3 mins walk to train station that makes my trip a lot more easier , Jerome is such a nice gentleman and provide lots of suggestions , I definitely would come back again , thank you Jerome !

Therese’s flat was perfect for our romantic getaway in Nice. The location in the middle of old town was ideal. The apartment was spacious, stylish and well kept. The day bed was lovely for siestas and its kitchen was complete with everything we needed on days where we decided to eat in. Therese was easy to communicate with and even went out of her way to make sure a local train worker strike wouldn’t impact our departure.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Matthieu was an amazing and thoughtful host. He went the extra mile to make sure our check in and check out was super easy and even carried our bags. The place is a perfect location to explore the old town with lots of great restaurants, the beach, bakery, and supermarket near by. Train station is a short walk with access to Cannes etc. would recommend

This Airbnb surpassed all expectations! The garden is designed like a fairy tale paradise, with hydrangeas and lush trees artfully arranged—every corner is worthy. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views are breathtaking, waking up to the soothing sound of waves in the morning and falling asleep under the glow of sunset in the evening. It was the perfect finale to our island getaway.

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

If you have the opportunity to stay at Sun Bay House you are truly lucky. Philippe has created a beautiful oasis right in the middle of Villefranche-sur-Mer. He is an unbelievable host - the space is pristine and he has thought of every last detail. He gave us amazing recommendations for the area and we absolutely loved talking with him. We left feeling like we were leaving an old friend. We were torn between wanting to sight see around town but also not wanting to leave this beautiful property. Thank you Philippe for making our stay so perfect and special - the best way to end our honeymoon.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

There are sounds from the departure track and the road, the only disturbing is that when you close the windows, the view , the house and everything else was very good, Jacques and loic are very helpful, thank you, we had a car, the garage works a lot

We were very well received by Grégory, who paid us attention with cold drinks. The apartment with balcony, is restored to new, tastefully furnished, nothing is missing, everything is well thought out (towels and bed linen included)! No parking worries, we had a place in the underground parking. The location of the apartment is great, and close to transport line 12 to go to Nice. Feel free to rent!

I couldn’t recommend Le Cabanon d’Isidore more highly. Wonderful, helpful host; a spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed and comfortable cabin; stunning views right from bed and from the yard outside; and a short walk to the beach, hiking trails, restaurants, and public transit that opened up access to the entire surrounding region.

Needed extra towels for the family and Ryan delivered., place is groovy, especially the verada overlooking the sea. The morning breeze and sun is viola! it's a good spot.

Great apartment with a beautiful location. The path to the public transport is not far away. (5 minutes' walk to Saint Laurent du Var train station) and the beach is also within 5 minutes' walk. The kitchen includes a good oven and a good microwave. Unfortunately, the stove is not usable, as it cannot even bring water to a boil if you want to cook something quickly. The apartment was clean on arrival and is large enough for 2 people. The balcony is also very pleasant. At night, it is sometimes quite loud outside thanks to the street directly under the apartment, but this does not bother you if you allow the balcony door. Would recommend the appartment.

Julia responds quickly to questions with clear answers. She was very helpful when we locked ourselves out and quickly arranged a spare set of keys. The apartment has recently been renovated and is comfortably furnished, with a decent sofa bed. Beautiful sea view. We only found the road busier than expected. The parking space on a closed area behind the building was a real plus for our car with bicycles.

A very nice functional and clean apartment in a beautiful private and quiet residence, a minute walk from the beach. Nexflix on tv, air conditioning in each room to be modulated according to preferences. Roberto remains active and available by message for any suggestions or help! We'll be happy to go back!

Great ocean view and a location with everything you need in the area. It’s a bit noisy with all the people around, music from the restaurants and airplanes coming and going. My only negative comment is the lack of written instructions to find the location and use of all the keys and fobs for the various doors, garage, elevators, safe etc

Convenient transportation, very close to Nice and Antibes, the host thoughtfully prepared hats and blankets, it's great to see the sea every day when you open your eyes

Lucas put a lot of care into making his home beautiful and comfortable, with extra touches like cokes in the fridge, new sponges, laundry detergent. Everything is very new and good quality. The location is amazing, a short walk to beaches and lots of nice restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again!
