Du jour de la réservation au jour du départ, tout a été parfait. Quelle chance d’avoir pu passer un séjour dans cette maison charmante.

Beautiful and very well-equiped apartment in a peaceful countryside with absolute privacy. Paul and Nicole were lovely hosts who gave us a lot of tips and were at our disposal at all times. We felt like at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Bij aankomst konden we vaststellen dat het uitzicht inderdaad even fenomenaal was als op de foto’s, zowel in de tuin als in het huis. We hebben erg genoten van het huis en de fantastische tuin in etages, die bovendien perfect is omheind, waardoor we onze 2 hondjes zorgeloos konden loslaten. Jon Gisle en Marie-Laure waren erg behulpzaam en reageerden altijd heel snel, vriendelijk en begripvol. Speciale vermelding ook voor Edcel, die klaar stond met advies om wijnvlekken te verwijderen, na een dom ongelukje 🙏🏼. Ook op zondag schoten Jon Gisle, Marie-Laure en Edcel in actie om een probleempje met de zwembadpomp op te lossen. Wij komen terug 🙂!

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

A stylish home being made better all the time. A lovely house with a huge garden area that always had sun or shade. And a proper big bed - essential! Communication was very easy. Located only 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Vence. A good choice.

Véronique und ihr Mann haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und unkompliziert geholfen, wenn es nötig war. Sie gaben uns wertvolle Tipps für die Erkundung der Stadt und ihrer Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank und herzliche Grüße Beatrice und Burkhard

Charmante maison, terrasse très agréable, très belle vue, point de départ de nombreuses activités de plein air ou culturelles.

Apartment was as described and a pretty good location as there was lots of restaurants nearby and it is close to the beach. The host also let us check in early as we had an early flight which was appreciated. The pool was also a great bonus. We did find there wasn’t any supermarkets close by so we just used the one in the shopping mall which is around a 20 minute walk away. It is also quite noisy at night due to the main road outside, but overall a very pleasant, smooth experience.

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our accommodations! This delightful apartment was the perfect size for us, well decorated and peaceful. It is convenient to just about anywhere you want to explore, but there is plenty to do even if you just stay in the beautiful local area. We loved the beach, the gorgeous rooftop pool, the array of restaurants, the natural attractions and the market across the street. Many thanks to Florian, a thoughtful, friendly and welcoming host who responded quickly to any questions we had. We are thrilled to have found this gem and are already looking forward to booking it again!

Notre séjour s’est déroulé à merveille. Nous ne pouvions rêver d’un meilleur endroit pour passer quelques jours dans la région. Si comme nous vous décidez de visiter plusieurs villes du sud en voiture, vous trouverez ici un véritable cocon confortable, spacieux, parfaitement propre, moderne, facile d’accès, et idéal pour le voiture. La piscine au rooftop est véritablement une cerise sur le gâteau. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, c’est sans doute le meilleur logement que j’ai pu loué sur Airbnb. Encore un grand merci à Kevin pour son amabilité et sa réactivité !

The view is absolutely stunning!! The tent was fully equipped with everything we needed and more, aswell as the bathroom/kitchen, everything was spotlessly clean and checkin/out was super easy too! The only thing i would say is, i wouldn’t recommend walking up as there are over 400 steps up to the accommodation which was super tiring with bags and in the heat, i would use the local bus which is still a 13 minute walk from the accommodation but makes it less tiring 😅

Ich war mit meiner Freundin 2 Wochen hier und es war super! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Bei Ankunft wurden wir persönlich empfangen und uns wurde die Unterkunft gezeigt, sowie ein Tipp zum Einkaufen bei Intermarché, der gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite ist, mitgegeben. Nachts ist es auf der Hauptstraße etwas laut aber damit ist im Frühjahr an der Côte d' Azur zu rechnen. Eine Bahnstation ist nicht weit entfernt und innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten kann man sowohl nach Cannes als auch nach Monaco fahren. Villeneuve-Loubet ist super gelegen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Excellent séjour, très bel appartement avec une grande piscine accessible dans la résidence: les enfants se sont régalés! L'appart est assez spacieux, bien climatisé, le balcon vu mer est super agréable. Le parking privé au pied de l'immeuble, c'est top. Zéro prise de tête du début à la fin, Ryan est très réactif: merci!

Great private apartment with a lovely terrace! The place looks just like the photos — stylish and cozy. I would recommend it for two adults and possibly one small child, as the second bed is quite small and access to the bathroom is through the second bedroom, which is a bit inconvenient. Other than that, it’s a super nice place — the terrace is amazing, it feels very homey, and it’s really close to the airport.

L’appartement correspond à la description. Très belle vue depuis la terrasse. Noémie a été accueillante et flexible sur l’heure d’arrivée. Seul bémol, pas de place de parking réservée et peu de place sur le parking devant la résidence.

Moi et ma compagne avons passé un très bon séjour dans un bon logement et des hôtes très sympathiques mais aussi très réactifs. Le logement correspond aux photos!! Les places de parking sont dur à trouver mais quelques places sont disponibles aux alentours du logement. Si vous venez sans voiture, les transports en commun sont très accessibles. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec ma compagne, merci aux hôtes!

Un très bel appartement fonctionnel et propre dans une belle résidence privée et calme, à une minute à pied de la plage.. Nexflix sur la tv, climatisation dans chaque pièce à moduler selon les préférences. Roberto reste actif et dispo par message pour toutes suggestion ou aide! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Todo muy bien, muy buena ubicacion y la anfitriona super amable. La comunicación con Kerry-Leigh fue excelente! El bus 44 está a la vuelta de la casa y es super práctico. Totalmente recomendable.

Séjour très agréable et satisfaisant à tout point de vue chez Guylaine ! Logement propre, clair, correspondant exactement à l'annonce. Et très bien placé au centre de Cagnes, musée Renoir entre autres, accessible facilement à pied. Belle vue panoramique sur les toits de Cagnes et le château médiéval ! Beaucoup de charme dans sa simplicité...

A truly Magical Place, from the views to the ringing of the church bells. The shuttle tram 44 easily takes Up & Down to town. Walking thru the quite village, having a cocktail on the Plaza. It was beyond my expectations. I hope to return. Merci Cecilia Also Thomas place has everything you need and was super clean.
