Monthly Rentals in Southern California

the place can accommodate many people as there are 6 bedrooms that all have locks. the bedrooms all have mini-splits in them. the main part of the house the was set below 60 and it was cold to shower. but other than that it was a great place with a nice kitchen area. and a good location with many good places to eat local cuisine nearby.

Lisa is an exceptional host. She takes her role as a host super serious but in a nice and easy way. She is easy to talk to and I felt like home emituatly. Even during the first week of the wildfires she was so kind to keep me longer in. It was a pleasure to stay in her nice decorated home.

Nice small studio detached studio apartment. Good off street, gated parking space right in front of unit. Nice little kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed and nice tv with good WiFi. 5 minute walk to metro, 10 minute walk to old town Monrovia or short drive to lots of shopping and dining. Great location. Close to the 210 freeway so sow traffic noise when outside but quiet inside. Nice seating area outside. Good laundry room outside of rental. Enjoyed my 4 night rental and highly recommended for a single traveler or couple. The best of 3 Airbnb rentals I’ve stayed at in this part of LA.

Although Steve's condo was not in the heart of Palm Springs, it was only a few minutes drive to get there, and parking was never a problem. The condo is situated in a gated community which was nice - pretty quiet, well maintained. The condo was on the second level, meaning great daylight coming through the windows. Steve's setup is turnkey, from the door code to pretty much anything you might need inside the unit. Whenever we had a question, Steve would consistently respond very quickly which we appreciated. All in all, we felt the condo was a great value for us.
