This was such a great place to stay. A stylish, well equipped & well loved home in a really special location. Highly recommended. The only downside for us was the full moon that spoiled the star gazing!

My boyfriend and I really needed a quiet place for the weekend, and this place was absolutely perfect! It was easy to get to but still felt very private and peaceful. Everything was very clean, we felt right at home and so comfortable. Some of the furniture was handmade, as illustrated in a charming book at the place that showed the story of how he built it. It truly felt like a serene, peaceful home. This was a quality home! The area around is so beautiful, and has a striking view of the sunset and sunrise. Kitchen had the basics, some spices, sugar and coffee, and had a good assortment of kitchen tools, a necessity for us as we were cooking for every meal. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone, and we look forward to staying at another one of Ryan’s places in the future!

This is our second time at Highrock House. Absolutely love the peacefulness and beautiful surroundings. Every amenity is available at the home - no need to leave unless you want to! This is our favorite place to stay in Idyllwild! We will definitely be back.

I had another fantastic stay at Kathy’s Airbnb! The drive along Corall Canyon offers stunning views of the ocean, Santa Monica, Palos Verdes, and Catalina Island. Kathy’s home features incredible sunrise views, with gentle morning fog below. The open layout connecting the bedroom, living room, kitchenette, and bathroom creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Kathy is a wonderful host, always responsive to my needs. If you’re seeking a serene getaway with gorgeous vistas and a lovely host, I highly recommend this place!

We had an excellent stay here for our baby moon. Everything was as described from the listing. The house and outdoor facilities were extremely well maintained. The house felt private but was also very close driving distance to anything you wanted to do around the area. The sunsets were beautiful from the back deck and really can’t say enough about the stay!

I can't wait to return to this peaceful desert getaway. I stayed in 5 airbnb's on my trip across country and this one took the cake! Book this NOW. You will not regret it. The aesthetic is amazing. The bed, next level. Thank you for a perfect stay - wish it was longer but certainly will be back!

I loved the place, it was a beautiful stay and I'll definitely be staying again. Very picturesque, very clean and the interior is amazing. Very quiet as well and everything you need without having to leave.

My husband, two dogs and I had the pleasure of staying here for a few days! This place was just so peaceful and had beautiful views. The home was very aesthetically pleasing which is very important for me to feel calm and like I can relax! Whoever decorated and designed this home did a great job! Will definitely be visiting again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautifully and authentically decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. The pool offered an amazing view, and the whirlpool was clean and perfect for relaxing. The host was incredibly kind and always available – communication was quick and easy. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back

Mineli’s place was great! The home is beautiful and clean. We loved the space and how roomy the master bedroom and kitchen/living room was. The area was very quiet & secluded. Even though it was cloudy and rained a little while we were there, we still enjoyed the hammocks! We had one issue while we were there and mineli was so fast to respond! We would totally come back & we had no complaints. However, if you are sensitive to light while sleeping, the master bedroom does get bright in the morning since the sliding door curtains are a bit see through. The second bedroom stayed dark with the black out window shades.

One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at! Everything was as described, and the attention to detail in the home decor and the landscaping/surroundings was impeccable. It was so peaceful and private. We loved hanging by the pool and watching the wildlife, exploring the town, and hiking nearby. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

My wife and I really enjoyed our getaway to Joshua Tree, and staying at Mia's place was a huge reason why. The house is styled very nicely and has many noteworthy amenities. In particular, we enjoyed sitting in the pool chairs, half submerged, while soaking up the sun. The giant TV in the game room, with reclining chairs, is a great way to watch a movie. The house is very close to the park, and because it sits up on a hill, there are breathtaking sunset views to enjoy every single evening. Finally, Mia is the perfect host. Every message I sent her was responded to within ten minutes. We definitely will look to book Mia's place for a future trip!

We were truly given the WOW factor with our stay, the property was literally made for sunrise and sunsets.

Loved this treehouse! So much fun for my friend and I. Two sixty-something ladies in town for some fun and tired of boring hotels. The detail and craftmanship Dan has put into this treehouse is amazing. It is unbelievably solid as well. The bathroom and shower are adorable and look like an outhouse. Wish we could have had more time to spend on the beautiful upstairs balcony but our schedule was too packed. The AC worked well for the hot days we were there and wireless was also good. If stairs and ladders are hard for you, this may not be a place for you to stay. But if you want adventure, something totally unique and in a safe area near lots of things, this is for you. It would be amazing if you have kids. My friend and I didn't want to sleep in the same bed so one of us slept on the couch. There is also a spare matress you can use but the couch was fine for us, maybe not for a larger person. I highly recommend, and when we come back to OC we'll definitely stay here if we can.

I had such a good stay here - it was quiet and peaceful, but also felt nice to have Heidi, the dogs, and other guests around. The sunset at the cabin was amazing. I personally loooved the outdoor shower. I woke up the second morning to the cutest basset hound laying outside my door and we had some cuddles. Heidi's place is perfect if you want a chill quiet place to explore Topanga and the beaches nearby and don't need a luxury experience. The unbeatable natural surroundings, comfy bed, and unique cabin are luxury enough. Thanks Heidi for sharing your inspiring place everyone :)

We loved our stay at Benjamin’s place! The trailer was extremely cozy, the hot tub was wonderful, and we loved the views. We’re definitely hoping to return!

Beautifully decorated cabin, in a remote and peaceful location. Only a short drive from big supermarkets and also Joshua Tree National park. Was a great base for exploring and also staying in and relaxing :)

We had the most peaceful and relaxing stay at this beautiful farm cabin. Tucked away in nature, it was the perfect break from the noise and busyness of everyday life. The cabin itself was spacious, clean, and had all the basic utensils we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was warm and inviting—such a treat after a day outdoors! One of the biggest highlights was meeting Susan, the farm manager. She is truly a kind and generous soul, and we learned so much from her about the rescued horses and pigs. Her love and care for the animals is inspiring, and her warm, friendly nature made us feel so welcome. Our kids had an amazing time riding the horses—it was an unforgettable experience for them. We highly recommend taking advantage of the horse lessons while you’re there! We would absolutely love to come back. If you’re looking for peace, quiet, and a meaningful connection to nature, this is the place to be.

we had a wonderful stay at carla’s home. she has a beautiful setup and everything we needed was ready for us. our sheepadoodle, coco, loved home. malibu has now become one of our favorite places to visit. we will definitely try to stay here again :)
