I can't say enough about how amazing this property is. I brought my two grown children and husband to Old San Juan for the first time as a graduation/50th birthday (respectively) and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The open air kitchen and living areas were surprisingly cool with the breeze coming off the ocean only a couple blocks away. The location was perfect, close to the forts and restaurants. All in all, just amazing. I highly recommend booking this AirBnB.

Our experience with Mayra and Ricardo was absolutely spectacular. Not only is their apartment in excellent condition—spotlessly clean and extremely well-located—but they are also incredibly responsive and go above and beyond what’s expected from hosts. Personally, we had a family emergency during our stay, and they responded immediately. They arrived quickly and took care of the situation personally, offering us the help we truly needed in that moment. I’m not only deeply grateful for their kindness and support, but I also highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay. You’ll be in the best hands.

We always love staying at Staling’s and feel right at home. Everything is always in perfect condition and he is a very responsive host if you need something. Can’t wait to stay again!

Xavier's place was clean and was very peaceful. Friendly people and he responded to any question I had. For just one person it was a good size and I had enough space.

This place had a amazing view very convenient for what ever you would like to do in the area everything was clean check in was fast and easy i definitely recommend this location

It is a true one bed one bath apartment. but with the ammendities that come along with the unit (beach & pool access), assigned parking. the views. Also the walkability to nearby restaurants, bars. stores made it an enjoyable stay.

Great little, clean, modern apt. Close distance to Condado beach and other activities either my walking or short drive. Fairly easy to find just be aware it's not the quietest of spots but if that is not what you are looking for then no worries. The location will make up for it and Nancy is super nice and responsive! Left some items behind and she was able to find them and leave it at a local shop for me to pick it up for a planned excursion I had planned. Thanks again!

As someone who works in the travel industry, I can confidently say, look no further than this place. Hotel nights will cost you double for half the experience. If you're looking to travel like a local but still enjoy the comforts and amenities of home, this is it. First off, the location and views are unbeatable. It was the perfect fit for our needs, and the scenery alone was worth every dollar. The property offers easy access to many must-see spots and activities around San Juan. Everything about the listing is clear and accurate: what you get and what you don’t is outlined transparently. The check-in instructions are tailored to answer every possible question: simple, helpful, and clear. Javier’s communication, both before and during our stay, was flawless. Another major plus: safe, secure parking, something you don’t always find. You can tell this place is well cared for. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

My girlfriend and I came and stayed in the rojo room. It was amazing. Located smack in the middle of old San Juan. Everything you’ll ever need and more is within a 10 min walk. Also located across the street from Juan ponce de Leon burial which was really cool. We will definitely be back and I will be booking with colores luxury rentals again. Amazing vacation

Perfect location! In the heart of Old San Juan, truly immersed into the culture and night light. So close to the water and historic landmarks. It was so easy to walk around the city and plan outings. Love love love!

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Always clean and ready for guests

Alejandro was a wonderful host and extremely responsive to any and all questions/requests. His apartment was very nicely remodeled and cozy. The location is great as it is close to many of the must see’s of Puerto Rico which made it very easy for us to get around. I highly recommend anyone traveling to San Juan to stay here as you will not be disappointed. We hope to be back soon!
