Villa holiday rentals in Saint Johns River

My family and I loved it, from the location by the beach to the look and feel of the home. We enjoyed waking up to do yoga and exercise in the large back yard or just laying out there in the sun. Anette was extremely kind, communicative and quick to respond when we had questions. All in all it was a great stay.

Thank you so much for letting us into your home. You have the most beautiful stocked home I’ve ever been in. There was so much I didn’t need to buy because you already had it which I loved! You had everything from blankets towels cookware bathroom supplies cleaning supplies mop pads seasoning cooking oils pool floaties propane from last guest..on top of having the most peaceful beautiful home! Kept it really easy to keep house clean! The waterfall pool the openess of the whole home made it perfect. The host was there for any questions I had always answered within 5-10 minutes I really appreciate you opening your house as well as still caring and being there for your guest at any time. Anytime I’m ever in Florida I will definitely keep this home in mind definitely worth it in every way!

This is a beautiful home. A home away from home. My kids enjoyed the room themes and games around the house to play. Chanda and Matthew made everything so easy for us with traveling from PA. I would 100% book with them again 😊

Great spot that’s tucked away. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Not far at all from Disney or Universal and was a welcome sight after a long day at the park. Plenty of local shops and eating options within 5 minutes of the residence. Would definitely stay again. Host was quick to respond to any and all questions we had during our stay.

This was one of my top stays of all time because the house was well appointed. Each of the 3 decorated children's rooms offered something different for my twin daughters. They of course only slept in the princess room but spent most of their time in the Mulana room. The VR machine is crazy! Flipped me 180 degrees as I road a dragon and my kids watched the tv screen from behind the safety barrier. You won't find that amenity anywhere else. Location is out of the way and quiet. The two video game rooms were a nice touch too. And to check out, Dun sent us a message saying essentially "Just leave, it's a vacation. We'll handle linens and towels and trash, etc." Literally could not be easier.

Serena is really an incredible host. She is very responsive and always replies to any issues (which have always been minor) or questions we have. We have already reserved a stay for next summer.

Apesar de um pouco mais distante dos parques (cerca de 40min levamos para chegar até la), a casa é muito bem equipada e confortável. Os quartos são muitos bons e contam com ótimas camas. com certeza me hospedaria novamente com minha família.

Probably one of the best Airbnb‘s that we have ever stayed in it was very comfortable and the hosts take very good care of their home. You can tell that they really care about the guest that stay in their home and it’s not just a business for them. We can’t wait to come back! Everything was perfect and an incredible location close to John’s pass and all the beaches

Amazing lake house, loved it

We had a great stay! The home was very clean, well-maintained, and just a short, easy walk to the beach. The location was perfect—supermarkets and other conveniences were nearby. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back for another stay. Highly recommended!

A casa de Dan é simplesmente maravilhosa ,tudo impecável exatamente como nas fotos. Ao chegar fomos recepcionados com um presente e balão de aniversário para meu filho 😍 A Casa é grande,quartos espaçosos,confortáveis . Uma vista para o lago do quarto principal linda.A piscina com água morna e a jacuzzi bem quentinha (pago a parte ) ,muito útil para uma imersão após um dia de parque . Próxima aos parques,restaurantes e lojas . O destaque é a sala de cinema e jogos que meu filho amou . Sala grande e poltronas confortáveis que reclinam ,tem porta copos ,entrada USB e uma mesinha . A casa conta com churrasqueira e cervejeira além de uma cozinha com todos os utensílios . O condomínio é tranquilo e belíssimo ! Dan sempre muito atencioso e prestativo . Foram dias maravilhosos em família ! Voltaremos com certeza 🙏

Home Away from Home! This is our 2x staying at Mike & Mikayla’s place and there is a reason we came back! The house is big for larger families w/room to spread out. Great location on a golf course, afternoon sun w/ beautiful sunsets! Kitchen is well stocked and they start you with a few of the basics! Stores , restaurants, spa & golf are all super close by! We feel so comfortable & relaxed here! Looking forward to renting from them again!

Our family really enjoyed staying in this vacation home for three days! There’s plenty of entertainment for kids and adults! Michael was very helpful and informative in his prompt responses. There’s plenty of room for the whole family! We would definitely recommend his place and would be glad to go back with the family to enjoy a longer visit next time and enjoy a some golf with my son when he’s a little bit older! The view from the balcony overlooking the golf course is amazing!

My Daughter Spent Her 8th Birthday In Disney But The House Was The Icing On The Cake✨ My Family Enjoyed The Pool & The Heated Hot Tub, She Provided The Necessary Necessities & Overall The Place Was Beautiful, I Love The Master Shower That’s My Favorite Part Of The House, The House Is Spacious With Tons Of Restaurants & Stores Just A Few Miles Aways, Disney Was Super Close & Overall We Enjoyed Our Stay Here At Mad Men Magic Kingdom House. There Was A Misunderstanding With A Neighbor & When I Reached Out To Rebecca She Responded In A Timely Manner & I Appreciate That! I Would Definitely Recommend Mad Men Magic Kingdom House To Everyone I Know🤍 Thank You For This Experience

Miriam is a super responsive and kind host. We loved being right on the beach and the kids really enjoyed the private pool. Miriam goes above and beyond with how much is provided for guests. We had everything we needed for our stay. The only drawback was the construction right next to the property. We would love to stay again after construction is finished!

The interior decor is amazing. We had a girls trip and the space was perfect. Debra was incredibly detailed and responsive with any questions. One thing to note, we used ride-shares (Uber/Lyft), some of the drivers got confused regarding the gates, despite giving them detailed instructions so I recommend budgeting extra time if you are using those and have a reservation that you need to get to. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I could not rave more about this home. I rented this villa after another home I was interested in became unavailable. I'm so thrilled this showed up in my second search because it was so much more convenient for drop offs and pick ups at the park. While the kids were at the park I spent days exploring the area or just floating in the pool. If I ever go back to disney this will be my home away from home.

This house was perfect for my family. Pool was great! Everything was nice and clean and I would recommend this house to anyone. My kids loved it and you’re very close to everything. Walmart is 2 min away! Was a great time and feeling at home made it so much better. Thank you

5 stars all around. I can’t rave enough about how this place had everything we needed. Everything was high quality from the towels to the sheets to the pillows and even the appliances. Every detail was well-thought thru from the kitchen being well-stocked to even baby shampoo/body wash in the master bedroom. Thank you thank you for making our stay incredibly relaxing and stress/worry free.

We just traveled to Disney with 12 family members ranging from age 7-70 and stayed at Sam's Airbnb. Our guests had a lot of different needs and Sam's place satisfied them all! Our kids and teens absolutely loved the gorgeous swimming pool and neat outdoor space. The movie room was so unique and part of the family snuggled up for movie night while others sat outside.The bedrooms were big and there was plenty of space to eat at three different seating areas (2 indoor and 1 outdoor). We all felt like we could be together all the time without being uncomfortable. Our group really enjoyed the classy decor and loved the themed bedrooms to make our Disney trip more special for the kids! The main reason I chose Sam's place was because of the two first floor bedrooms for our grandmas. One recently had a leg amputation and Sam went above and beyond to accommodate her needs by providing a shower chair and accessibility. This house is perfect for a handicap guest. We loved it and will stay again!

We stayed on vacation to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and had an absolute blast. We relaxed at the house about three days and the rest of the time we had some pretty fun things planned. The house itself was amazing and had everything you would possibly need. Its was really well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, and cups. We really enjoyed the pool and game garage. The pool was also very well stocked with pool noodles and swim rings. Along with the garage having plenty of games and the board games too. The house was centrally located in a nice quiet neighborhood with everything you would need and more pretty close by. Pam was also very friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. Her communication was amazing. She went above and beyond for us and that truly meant a lot. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are in the area.

Fabulous space for our group of 10. The pool was warm and a hit for the kids. Could use abit more lighting for the evening. Otherwise the space was amazing! Would definitely stay again!
