Very comfortable and spacious place for our family of 8 which included 2 young kids. Close to shops, restaurants and Universal. The pool area is great! We loved our stay in this house and would highly recommend.

We stayed for 7 days at this lovely townhouse and had a fantastic time. The location was ideal—just a short drive from Disney and other major attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was great for relaxing after busy days out. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning kept the whole place cool and comfortable. The kids especially loved the community pool.

This was by far our favorite Airbnb stay and we’ve stayed at dozens over the years. The listing was 100% accurate, and the home was *immaculately* clean…truly one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. Not a single bug or ant in sight, which has been an issue at other homes we've rented in Orlando so we really appreciated that. We stayed with an infant, and all of the baby amenities provided were perfect and incredibly helpful and made our trip so much easier. The heated pool and grill were amazing additions and made our stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the hosts were incredibly responsive, answering any questions almost immediately. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Orlando. Highly recommend!

The furniture, house are all beautiful, large space, kitchen and bathroom restocks were all available. Denver replies quickly and is very nice. Everything is clean

This was an incredible stay! Our first time in Saint Augustine and at this Airbnb. It was clean, beyond well stocked, everything you will even think about needing. It was a perfect amount of room for four adults and two kids. Direct access to a beautiful not crowded beach. You can see and hear the ocean right outside your door! I’ve never been more pleased with my stay! Great place for kids too! Thank you for creating such a beautiful place.

We loved the townhouse! This is our second stay in one of Dennis’s properties and we couldn’t have been happier. The place was immaculate. It had everything we needed and can’t wait to come again!

Such a great place to stay if visiting Florida and spending time at Disney World. Easy to get to and from all parks - house located in a quiet, private area and in close distance of lots of restaurants/food places. We were all so impressed with the house, the size and the facilities included, it was a gem!

Awesome from top to bottom! House is beautiful and Story Lake has all the amenities you could ask for. Easy access to airport, Disney, and Universal Studios. We were only 75 minutes from Cocoa Beach and spent my 9 year old Granddaughter’s birthday there. All 4 of my grandchildren loved the private pool, lazy river, and water slides. We were a party of 8 and had more than enough room to be very comfortable. The community is secure and has excellent walking trails with wooden bridges over the lake. The host was exceptionally responsive and very friendly. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. To Quote my 7 year old Grandson “ I love this place Pa” 😀

The place was amazing. Look exactly what it was described on picture. Great location! Great restaurant in the area. The host is awesome. She was quick to respond to everything. I really enjoy my stay there. I will definitely stay there again. The only thing I would say is that when you check in if it’s 4 o’clock, it’s 4 o’clock on the dot not 359. The door didn’t open until exactly 4 o’clock. That’s not a problem. I wish I knew that, most place I stay if I checked in 15/20 minute early. Other than that, everything was amazing. That wouldn’t stop me from not staying there again.

The place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. It’s also very well kept. We found the view to be gorgeous, with trees all around and very private since it’s the last house in the community. This Airbnb is superior to most we have stayed at. Highly recommended.

had a great stay at Elena’s place! The location is excellent just minutes away from local favorites like World Food Trucks, where you can find just about any type of cuisine, and popular restaurants like Cilantrillo. The home itself was clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Elena was a wonderful host she responded quickly to any questions we had and made sure we felt at home. Not to mention the community pool and slides are a plus! I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area!

This place is absolutely gorgeous!! Looks just like the photos. Super clean and very spacious. A definite wow factor from top to bottom as soon as you walk into the home. I will definitely book again soon. My family enjoyed our stay 😃

We loved this condo it was so cozy!!Pictures were exactly as the home looked. The location was close to where we needed to go. The pool area was relaxing and my kids had fun swimming, mini golfing and playing at the splash pad. Edson was extremely helpful, leaving detailed instructions on the condo and the area. He even left little keepsake gifts for my kids which was very sweet. We will definitely look to stay here again when traveling to the Orlando area!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was spacious, the air conditioning worked great, and the swimming pool was close and a great way to cool off during a hot week! We spent our time at the Disney resorts, location was easy to navigate to and from. There is a Walmart just a mile away that has EVERYTHING Disney, we had items delivered also that worked out great! Lots of restaurants and shops near by! The hosts were amazing, friendly, responsive and communicated clearly throughout our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

This Airbnb was easily one of the nicest and cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. On a scale of 1-10, I would give it 100!!! The beds were super comfortable, and the kids absolutely loved swimming in the warm pool. I really appreciated the high quality furniture, towels, and amenities. The host, Ronald, was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be booking again for our next trip.

We had the most wonderful time at Stephanie and Gary’s Airbnb. Getting in was incredibly easy. They reached out the morning of our check in day and let us know we could check in early if needed as the condo was ready. Inside, everything was spotless. There were plenty of towels and linens for our whole group. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We cooked most meals at home, and loved sharing meals together on the deck. The beautiful beach was just a short walk away. Stephanie and Gary were very responsive and helpful throughout the trip. I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting St. Augustine. We hope to visit again soon!

Elizabeth is a great host. This was our second time staying at this location. The house is as described, has everything you need and has wonderful beach access. Jacksonville Beach is a surprising gem we only recently discovered. We will be back! Perfectly housed my older parents on first level, and had the two rooms and two bathrooms upstairs.

Didn’t need to communicate much with Paula, but at the end when we checked out, she responded in a very timely manner and was so nice. Would book again.
