This place was spectacular. Sometimes with an air b and b experience, you hope the place is as pleasant as the pictures. This was such a wonderful surprise. Immediately it felt cozy and peaceful, surrounded by nature, wood and botanical details everywhere. But it surpassed that - Every detail of this place had been touched with diligent character, you immediately recognized the owners of this place genuinely cared down to the last morsel of decorations, plates, games and books. Nothing was forgotten. I HIGHLY recommend paying for the extra amenities which made our stay incredible; we booked an extra day just to relax and absorb the relaxation. It was one of the best parts of my trip to Orlando. I cannot speak highly enough about this place, I feel like we’ve found a rare gem in the business of air b and b’s. I cannot wait to book our next stay. This place made you fall in love with Orlando and treating yourself to a hidden oasis away from the modern rat race. INCREDIBLE!

This place is perfectly located 15min away from Disney Springs/ theme parks! Unit is very close to entrance of neighborhood making it very easy if you need to take an uber. Very pretty view looking at the lake, very spacious, quiet in the mornings and evenings. Lots of foot traffic around the unit from other people in the community (since the unit is very close to the pool area but not too close to hear all the commotion) so during the day we had the blinds closed. Everything was clean and well kept. Mattress in master bedroom felt like an older spring mattress, not the worst night sleep but could definitely use an upgrade. The only recommendation I would make is to have whomever is cleaning the unit before a check in turn the air on so it is cooled off by the time guests arrive. It was warm for a little while after we got everything inside since the air was set to off. We didn't stay very long, but would totally stay again!!

Great location, great accommodations and great hosts! Helpful videos and easy check in! We enjoyed 3 Disney parks during our stay and everything was within 15-20 mins, Disney Springs included. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal and clean location. Thanks for a great bnb!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The property was just as described. Accommodations were very comfortable and had plenty of amenities. Use of the kayaks and hot tub was an added bonus. Would definitely stay there again. Hosts are friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Peaceful setting, just what we needed for a weekend away.

It was a great choice staying at Shawn's house, not only was a lovely place, it was completely neat and organized, it is a place that absolutely would worth to come back.

Nice little cottage tucked away and away from people very quiet and relaxing place charming cottage very clean and just big enough for two people Very easy process for our first air bnb and the owners were great to work with The yard was very nice for the dog he is older so it was just big enough for him to sniff. Location to get to things local is great and very good restaurants nearby Would recommend

This place was a very cozy and unique cottage to stay. Perfect size for a small family that wants to enjoy some of the most scenic parts of Florida. It was very quite, near a playground and skate park at a walking distance. The place has a fenced in yard that the kids can run around safely.

Kimbra's place was wonderful from start to finish. Location was wonderful. House was very clean. Close to beach and grocery store and restaurants were close. Area was peaceful and quiet. Neighbors were friendly. Communication was great with quick response. Will definitely return.

Lovely home in a friendly neighborhood and close to so many attractions. Kenneth was friendly and very welcoming and responsive to my questions.

The Cozy Cottage was just that, cozy!! It was so clean, smelled fresh, and even the carpet felt clean and soft. It had everything we needed and wanted for my birthday weekend getaway. We were two adults and one fur baby, and we probably could’ve fit comfortably with our two young kids, too (they just weren’t invited 😜). It was a less than 1 minute drive from downtown/mainstreet Mount Dora. Everyone was friendly and we felt safe and welcome at all times. The town does seem to be a dead zone for cell service and even wifi was tough everywhere we went, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling and working. Other than that, this was a perfect cozy home and town!! We will be back!

This stay was so much more than expected. The listing doesn't do it justice. The home was so nice, and we'll kept, and so inviting. I was rather surprised how lovely the host was, and how welcoming they were. I would definitely stay again, and recommend this listing. The shower was hot, and wonderful This morning, and the view of the pasture was such a serene experience with my coffee and book. What a wonderful experience.

It is a cozy lake house with comfortable interior. We have stayed at several AirBNBs in Keystone Heights and each one comes with its own charm.

This is our 2nd time renting this beautiful oasis. We were looking for calm and peaceful family time, and that’s exactly what we had. Love the location, the amenities, and the area.

Chelsea's place was super cozy and only 10 minutes from the Springs. Slept 4 of us comfortably. We explored Mount Dora in the evenings and enjoyed some memorable dining experiences there. Would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Staying here was wonderful. This was my second time, my first time was with another friend a few years ago and each time has been a great experience. You’re close to the beach and to downtown and you’re spoiled for choice on what you want to do each day. It helps that there’s a nice place to come back to after all of the fun! The pool in the back is extremely nice and private and there is some great beach equipment on the side that will save you a lot in rental fees! Also no mosquito bites because the host treats the property! It’s the small, detailed things that make this one of my favorite Airbnb’s to stay at. You can’t go wrong booking here! Thank you!

The cottage is better than the pictures. It’s in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Has everything you can possibly need for your stay. Bed was very comfortable (specially after a day of exploration) If you’re lucky enough to stay during a launch it can be viewed from the dock. Francine is very responsive to messages. She has a binder with suggestions of places to visit & restaurants to eat (we tried a couple of her bakery suggestions). Francine’s a great host. Hope to be back.

We loved the place!!! So so cute.. the beds were very comfy... house was super clean... Lauren was very easy to communicate with... and we walked to town in about 10 minutes or less... i would stay here again!!!!
