Loft holiday rentals in Saint Johns River

Venessa was an excellent host. Always responded to my questions promptly and instructions to the place were spot on and included an overhead picture for reference. The place is very cozy with a lot of towels, laundry supplies and ammeneties for the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is well supplied with seasonings, pots, a Keurig coffee maker and a tower of pods. Excellent host and perfect location for being in Tampa.

Amanda and Steven's home offered a nice respite during my vacation. If you are looking for state-of-the-art, keep looking. If you are looking for a place that is comfortable and cozy and feels like it's giving you a hug, this is the place! Charming space above a garage, the space is clean, roomy, and perfect for a week (or longer!). They left brochures giving tons of recommendations. My trip kept me busy from morning to night, so I was sad I was unable to meet my hosts and their pets. I would absolutely stay here again when I visit in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming little loft, located just off the intercoastal. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but only a short distance from an entertainment district full of restaurants, shops, and galleries. We attended a weekend wine walk and outdoor concert there. In addition, a short drive took us to the beach area with more local entertainment and shopping. Communication was great - Marcus and Kim were gracious hosts responsive to any questions. Such a pleasant location and the place itself was wonderful. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

Janaina was an absolute sweetheart. She was very quick to respond to my messages, and was very welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying at her place!

Wonderful quiet loft in the heart of downtown. Just a fews steps to river walk and lots of dining options. Parking is a bit of a walk from the loft, but very doable.

Janaina is super friendly and welcoming. The condo is in nice proximity to universal studios and the restaurants and attractions on international drive. She has been doing this for a while so she has an intuitive sense for what you need and is attentive to all aspects of your stay

Just back from our second stay at the Barndominium. Shelley and Bruce are great hosts and a pleasure to deal with. The loft is quiet and peaceful in a rural setting but centrally located to major attractions in Orlando and Tampa. Feels like our home away from home after the second stay and we’re already looking forward to our third.

It’s a great place to stay if you want to be in the middle of action. Still once you close the door you have your own little paradise with everything you need- including coffee or tea in the morning. We love the location close to our favorite restaurants. Also the little quiet “coffee - sunroom” as I called it. Nice and clean. The host was very helpful and responsive as well. So thank you for letting us stay there.

Mark’s place was nice, clean and comfortable. It was also conveniently located and close to many restaurants and bars in Thornton Park. He was also responsive when it came to questions about the place. I highly recommend any guest to stay at his Airbnb!

Place was just like the pictures. Beds could have been a little more comfortable. Perfect location to walk to the boardwalk but out of the craziness.

Bernard, Kathy & Gizmo are truly the kindest hosts I've had the pleasure to stay with. The studio is private and everything is exactly as described. Even if you come for the very short walk to the beach, don't leave without at least one walk through the neighborhood. It is peaceful, beautiful, and very safe...and you can watch sunset on the river (after watching sunrise on the beach of course)! I highly recommend staying here...unless of course it's the week I want to come back and then please stay somewhere else so I can have the reservation ;) Thank you Bernard Kathy & Gizmo for being part of my retreat. We are return renters, simply because this is a great place to stay! Quiet, private, well appointed. Easy walking distance to beautiful lakes, and great restaurants. The art gallery is not to be missed. Hopefully we'll be able to rent again.

What a great find! The location was perfect and we had a great time. Our host Brett was very quick to respond with our communications. The decor was super cute and the space felt welcoming and friendly. Definitely will rent again.
