Holiday rentals with a sauna in Saint Johns River

Absolutely beautiful home and location, very spacious with great amenities, and decently close to the parks and Disney springs. Would book again if available next time

The place was just as described. Very nice and clean. We had no problems at all. We would definitely recommend to anyone for a nice quiet stay not far from lots to do.

This is a great location in NSB. I would highly recommend, good for families and easy beach access.

This condo was great! Plenty of space so the kids weren’t all right on top of each other and could play, and we weren’t tripping over luggage. The screened in balcony overlooks the woods behind the building which was nice and peaceful to have a morning cup of coffee before the kids woke and the day got started. The only drawback is there are no extra blankets. The comforters on the twin beds were thin but those ended up being ok as there isn’t a ceiling fan in that room. The blanket for the pull out couch was very thin as well. We ended up going to Target (which is close so that was nice) and purchasing some extra blankets. We would still stay here again!

Truly one of the best Airbnb’s our family has stayed in! They had everything needed, good location not too far from the action but far enough that it was more peaceful/local feeling, easy access to the beach. Rooms are tidy and there is so much space! It was good as we didn’t feel like we were all on top of each other when in town for a wedding and then some. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this again because they’re great!

We fell in love with the palm city area. The commanders shellfish camp and rodies place were our favorites. Publics right down the road. Multiple beaches around. Dani is a good property manager. Whole bunch of properties to choose from. Stay was clean. communication was easy and clear. House rules were simple and reasonable. Check out list was not overbearing. Would stay again.

We were there for Jeep Beach and Donna’s place was awesome and convenient. It was in a great location and we will definitely be booking with her again in the future!

a great deal right outside of disney- 8-12 minutes to epcot and hollywood, right by disney springs. no traffic- place was huge and comfortable for our family of 5. felt safe and spacious! lots of amenities!! will stay again!

Place itself was as described. Property is located on the beach, pool is a quick walk from the room and had plenty of parking. Inside was clean and had been updated. The only issue we had was checkin. Code provided for mechanical lock was not correct. Sent message for assistance but took almost 40 min additionally to be able to get in. We understand things happen, overall a nice place for price.

The owners were very responsive, check in was a breeze and check out was even easier. We had what we needed in the condo right at our fingertips. The ocean front location is super convenient and there are multiple choices for dining, some within walking distance and others only a short drive from the condo. This rental should be one to consider when you are visiting Daytona.

Natalie accomadated us on short notice and help to bridge the gap when another owner failed us, she saved our vacation and for that flexibility and accomadation I am incredibly grateful! The unit was clean and met all of our needs, we felt safe and right at home! Natalie is quick with communication and will always answer you in a timely fashion. Stay with Natalie you won't regret it!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Gina’s condo. It is very comfortable, clean and convenient to everything we needed. The grounds are well maintained and a great place to get in a good walk or just to relax. We would highly recommend the condo and location.

My family and I enjoyed our stay it was really nice, had great pool area, was relatively clean, and had a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Would definitely book again. There are plenty of stores and restaurants near by too.

We loved our stay at Tania's house! Very clean, comfortable and very nice. We liked the location of the house, in a quiet and safe development. We would definitely be back again.

My family had a great time at the house. Everything was clean and exactly as described. My kids loved the heated pool. Private neighborhood which was very safe and quiet. Definitely will come back to this house next time we are in Orlando.

Positively stunning, clean, and comfy. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our trip. Some places feel like you’re in a stranger’s home, this felt like home home. *bonus points for having all the streaming platforms logged in, very grateful for the proactive thoughtfulness.

This house was beautiful and very clean! The house was very peaceful, and accommodated family time with the kids, but also able to relax in the evenings after the kiddos went to bed. The environment felt very safe for our family. There’s locks on the sliding doors out to the pool and mesh fencing around the pool which eased my mind with our 2 year old. Kimberly was so friendly and very quick at responding to any questions we had/ anything we needed. She was also very understanding, and reached out to check in and make sure our stay was going well. The security guards were also always friendly. Having the washer, dryer, and full kitchen was a dream with our big family. This house truly made our vacation better, and was one of our kids favorite parts of our stay in Florida. I don’t think we could have picked a better house to stay. We’d love to return! If you’re considering staying here… JUST DO IT!

We had a great time! The house was clean, with spacious bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen that made our stay comfortable. The location within the resort was perfect—just a short walk to the clubhouse and water park, which was a big hit with our group. There were plenty of things to do nearby as well. The only small downside was that it got a little warm at night, but other than that, everything was excellent. We’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

This was perfect for our family vacation! Sabrina and Adam were incredibly responsive. All instructions were clear and easy, the pool was warm and there were even pool toys available. The location he perfect if visiting Disney and there are restaurants, Publix grocery store and other shops in a quick 5-10 min drive away (if that). We would revisit again! Just as pictured. And the game room in the garage was a fun surprise for our little one (if you’re in need of a stroller or high chair, one was there.
