Holiday rentals with beach access in Saint Johns River

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cozy beach cottage! The property was everything we hoped for and more—clean, comfortable, and filled with charm. There’s an ocean view and we loved sitting on the deck in the evening listening to the sound of the waves. Beach access was just a short walk—less than five minutes—from the property, which made it incredibly easy to enjoy our morning walks and sunset strolls. The hosts, Kevin & Kamli, were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our trip. Our flight got in late, after dark, so they left a few lights on to make it easier for us to see when we arrived. If you’re looking for a beautiful, convenient, and well-cared-for spot in St. Augustine, this is the one. We can’t wait to come back and hope to stay longer during our next visit!

Tiare’s place was amazing! She gave great recommendations. The place is basically right next to the beach which was really convenient. It was the perfect getaway for our long weekend. The landscaping was gorgeous! I highly recommend!

This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

It is a little older than I expected from the photos but well maintained. The pool was absolutely amazing. Nice location right in the beach. Loved having a kitchen area to make bagels in the morning and sandwiches

We absolutely loved staying at Edward's and Glenna's house. We can't wait to visit again. They are super friendly and very informative on things to do in St. Augustine.

If you’re looking for an ocean get away, this place is perfect. The view is gorgeous with super easy beach access. Absolutely stunning views of the ocean from the balcony. The inside is simple and inviting with local recommendations provided. Would absolutely stay again!

Of all the Airbnbs in any location we’ve used over the years, this one has been my favorite! It’s thoughtfully stocked with everything. Having access to the garage was great for beach days. Its location is perfect for St Augustine. This was our second time visiting St Augustine and I highly recommend this location. It’s a short walk to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. And it’s a close driving distance to restaurants and a reasonable drive to the historic downtown area. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect. Walk to beach within minutes. Spotless inside. Beach amenities. Quick drive to downtown. We loved it!

I do wish there were more cleaning supplies (Lysol, furniture wipes, broom) but overall great experience. The trash can outside were also completely full so it was hard to put trash bags in it when needed.

It’s always refreshing to stay somewhere that’s as-advertised. Jason’s place was nothing least of convenient and cost-friendly. It’s clean, stocked, and really just well taken care of. We were little as 3 minutes from the beginning of downtown and the tourist attractions. The beach is about 15-20 minutes ride and plenty of neighborhood friendly grocery stores to choose from. Now, there are lizards around the property but don’t be alarm as they are very harmless (it’s Florida). The water pressure from the shower was also underwhelming but we ran into this same problem in other parts of Florida. Nevertheless, we’ve definitely found our home for our next visits to St. Augustine. I don’t see us staying anywhere else!

Ryan’s place was fantastic - stylish, spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need! I really enjoyed my stay there - the neighbourhood was very quiet and close to absolutely stunning beaches. Close to St Augustine but far enough out to feel relaxed and peaceful. Great restaurants nearby too! Co-host Kiersten kept in touch throughout my stay to check everything was going ok, which I really appreciated. This was my first visit to Florida (and the US!), but it certainly won’t be my last. Highly recommended - thanks Ryan and Kiersten :)

I had a wonderful vacation at Dominick's property with my son. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully updated with tasteful decor. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The home is situated on a quiet street, just across from the beach, and within walking distance of restaurants, ice cream shops, and coffee spots. Dominick was very responsive to any questions I had, and I also had the pleasure of meeting him in person. I’m already looking forward to staying here again next year!

If we could give more than 5 stars we would!!! Our sweet rescue, Waylon, gave it 5 paws also! The house was even better than described and the location is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle! Greg and Megan were perfect hosts, very responsive and helpful. For peace and serenity to enjoy God’s creation, this is the place!

Highly recommend! Whitney and John were great hosts and easy to work with. They were very responsive and accommodating. Home was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and had everything our family needed! The pool was amazing our kids didn’t want to leave! Also easy beach access for kids. I can’t say enough good things about our stay! This Mahalo Condo is the perfect setup for anyone seeking direct access to the beach and ocean. Thoughtfully equipped for every way you might want to enjoy Cocoa Beach, it made our stay both easy and memorable. The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

I had an amazing stay! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The scenery was amazing. The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. Great location, great unit, and great hosts. I appreciated all the instructions, communication, and suggestions for restaurants while we stayed in Ormond Beach. I definitely would recommend James and Sonya and they supplied all the personal touches. Anything you might need to cook, make coffee, toiletries, etc. The Murphy bed was super comfortable and we slept very well at night. Our flight was delayed several times and I was in constant communication to let James k ow about our status and arrival. Very nice and happy to help us if needed.

Our stay was amazing! The view was great!! The condo was exactly as described. Host gave you all the beach amenities which was very helpful. Very kid friendly. Will definitely come back !
