Holiday rentals with a pool in Saint Johns River

This was the perfect home base for us for our Orlando stay! We spent time at Discovery Cove and Universal Studios. The drive to both was fantastic and easy to get to. Our girls LOVED the pool and I loved the hot tub! We hope to be back in Orlando soon and would love to come back! The theming in the rooms is beautiful, our favorite is the Harry Potter room! Caitlin was incredibly responsive whenever we had a question about anything. The house was incredible, they took so much time and money making all the amenities and details first class. Everything was explained in easy to read pamphlets that described everything. The game room was a big hit, and of course the bbq and pool area, and my family absolutely loved it. Everyone was raving at how nice a place the house was. I highly recommend staying here if you can, I would definitely rent again if we’re ever back in the area.

Monica’s house is truly spectacular! It looks just like the pictures - beautifully furnished, clean as a whistle, lots of light, and tons of space. She’s thought of all the little touches that make the place feel like home. We completely enjoyed the evenings by the pool and playing games around the dining table. The kids found the pool alligators and the PacMan arcade game to be highlights! Monica is a wonderful host and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent her place again! We feel lucky to have found it.

We absolutely loved it there. Very nice. We loved watching the dolphins off of the dock every morning. Ben was very accommodating. The house and pool was very clean and just as we expected. We’ll definitely be back.

The house is beautiful and spacious. The decoration and distribution of the areas is very beautiful and you can tell that it is well thought out. It has all the utensils you may need in the kitchen. The check-in was easy and everything was very clean. The pool is large and the view of the lake gives it a plus. The lakeside area is excellent for relaxing. The grill was in excellent condition. If you are looking for tranquillity, connecting with nature and spending a good weekend with your family is the perfect place. Pinay was a very good hostess, we would definitely come back.

Staying at Anitha’s place was an absolute pleasure for our 1st Air BnB experience. She truly thought of everything — from fresh towels and extra soap to cozy blankets and thoughtful touches throughout the space. It was clear that she put a lot of care into making her guests feel comfortable and welcome. Her attention to detail made the experience not just convenient, but genuinely memorable. A beautifully updated home in a quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes away from the speedway. The house was very spacious, clean, and the amenities were awesome. It had everything we could want. Check in was flexible and check out was super easy with no ridiculous requests. 10/10 would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! The house was exactly as advertised, exceptional clean and the beds were so comfortable. It was a great location with everything we wanted in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

We enjoyed our stay at Nicki’s apartment in the St. Augustine area. Beautiful, peaceful neighborhood and the pool was great. Very clean and quiet building and helpful instructions for getting in. It worked well for us as we have family in the area. Would definitely stay again.

The condo has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Only good things to say about this condo. We have been regular visitors to New Smyrna Beach over the years and this one may be our favorite condo we’ve stayed at. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. The condo is very inviting, the beach is fantastic, the pools are great, the bed and couch are very comfortable, the kitchen is very functional, the decor adds to the nice beach-y feel, towels and beach gear are more than adequate, clean, etc., etc. All good things.

I LOVED THE EXPERIENCE!

Very conveniently located near the Disney resort by driving distance. Easy access via keypad entry and located inside a gated community, away from the noise you typically may expect from a resort town. Price is a bargain when compared to other brand name resort hotels nearby going for thousands per night, with minimal amenities. Will be returning.

I had a wonderful time! Aesthetically pleasing and excellent view of the ocean. Host always responsive. Definitely look forward to coming back.

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!

We had an amazing stay! The place was perfect in every way; perfect location and easy to get to…as we used Uber a lot. Close to all the Disney parks and Disney Springs….less than 15 min Uber. There is a Starbucks next to the building which was awesome. Nicoleta is a fantastic host, replies right away and gave us wonderful restaurant suggestions. Communication was great and she is very attentive. Again, very impressed with the place. All the amenities you need and very comfortable and clean. Was also a huge bonus to have 2 bathrooms.

This house was ideal for our weekend. Everything we needed was provided, and the extras pillows, towels, and toiletries were a nice touch. The pool water heater was a great addition, making the water perfect for the time of year ($10 a day was worth it) . We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Had a great stay at Phil's place. The home was perfect for mother's day weekend. My daughter loved the pool. The home was clean! 10/10 recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb – it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The space was spotless, nicely decorated and had every amenity we could have possibly needed (and then some!). It truly felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay extra special. The host was communicative welcoming and very helpful!

Place was nice with nice amenities. Kids rooms are very cute.

This place was perfect for our two families (10 people in total) while we visited Legoland. Kitchen and hangout space was great.

They house is exactly like described and had a lot of room. The cleaning could be a bit better, but they apparently had a very short turn-around. Be prepared to have parties going on around you. They do not enforce the noise ordinance at midnight like they should. We were not their to party, so this did have an affect on some of our guests. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Edward is a super host for a reason. He always returned my emails and texts. When we needed something he was sure to get it to us. He made us feel comfortable about this purchase from the very beginning.
