What guests are saying:“Our stay at Lisa’s place was Absolutely amazing. The place is sparkling clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. My husband and I spent a good bit of time out on the terrace watching the sunset, the dolphins , and the jumping fish. The view is unbelievable. The Condo is very much updated. Lisa responds Very quickly and her instructions are very fair and clear. The Tiki bar by the pool had amazing food and drinks. If you rent this space PLEASE, PLEASE take good care of it as if it were yours so that Lisa will continue renting to Air BNB because we definitely look forward to coming back.”

What guests are saying:“The room is exactly as described and pictured. Recently updated and very stylish inside as well as amazing view of the bay from the deck, especially at sunset! The host was very easy to communicate with, provided quick responses, and made sure there were no issues with check-in or during the stay. The resort itself (outside of the room) was a little outdated, the pool area was smaller/more crowded than expected, and there is not really much within walking distance which is a bummer. But it’s only a short drive to both downtown Tampa and Clearwater Beach, which was great. We enjoyed the bar/restaurant onsite for quick food both for breakfast and lunch. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and loved the room with its amazing views! Ajit was a great, accommodating host.”

It's a great location for easily getting around the entire Tampa Bay area, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, attractions, beaches, and the airport a short drive away. The setting is so peaceful right on the bay and you can enjoy watching all kinds of birds from the balcony. The property has great amenities-we especially enjoyed the sun deck and sitting around the gas camp fire at night. There's a comfy couch in the living room to curl up and watch tv and the apartment is well equipped for light cooking. We thought it was a really good value and would definitely stay there again. We recommend Rocky Point to you!”
