Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saint Johns River

June was very quick to communicate and her house in the woods was a lot of fun for our small family gathering. It is definitely rustic, but that is part of the charm. Lots of beds and places to sleep and very well stocked.

Worked out well for a quick trip in town. Will be looking to see if it's available next time I'm in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Samantha's place. Everything was spotless. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The house is beautiful, quiet, and very private, with pretty views of the lake. Samantha is a great host. We can't wait to stay here again next time we're in the area.

This spot is perfect! Relatively private beach, quiet surroundings and walking distance from coffee, breakfast, and groceries. It’s a great spot and the recommendations for dinner provided by the host were great!

If we could give more than 5 stars we would!!! Our sweet rescue, Waylon, gave it 5 paws also! The house was even better than described and the location is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle! Greg and Megan were perfect hosts, very responsive and helpful. For peace and serenity to enjoy God’s creation, this is the place!

Family friendly home with plenty of space. We enjoyed the pool, family friendly games, and appreciated all the special touches host has provided at The Playful Turtle. The kiddos enjoyed playing a scavenger hunt to count how many turtles we could find scattered throughout the home/patio. Convenient location to the splash park, Publix, and short drive to the beach.

Probably the best Airbnb experience I’ve had! The home is well appointed and so homey. I felt like I was at a family members home! The decor gives a vintage feel but not in an old or stale way. The attention to detail in the decor was great! Although there was a lot of decor it was spotless! Plenty of dishes, utensils and tools in the kitchen. Loads of quality towels! My favorite part were the screened porches. We were there for just a short time but I enjoyed coffee on the front porch in the mornings. There is also a cute game room - we didn’t get to use it but would have if we had had more time. I travel to the area once or twice each year and I hope to grab this place next time!

This cottage was such a cute place to stay at with lots of considerate amenities inside to feel like a home away from home! Chrissy is very kind and helpful with responsive communications that shows her genuine concern to make sure your stay is as good as it can be! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who goes to visit the Sanford, FL area!!

We had a short stay between Orlando airport and our final destination, and after flight delays and landing late, it was wonderful to arrive to such an immaculate, comfortable Airbnb. Kenneth’s place was perfect, and we were so thankful for a comfortable bed and a clean, quiet space to stay after a long day of traveling! I highly recommend Kenneth’s place and we will definitely be back when we visit Orlando in the future!!!

It is a little older than I expected from the photos but well maintained. The pool was absolutely amazing. Nice location right in the beach. Loved having a kitchen area to make bagels in the morning and sandwiches

We stayed in another unit at this complex last year, but it was not ocean front. Jianchun’s unit was just what we were looking for — the views are amazing! The unit is comfortable, but not over-done. We had plenty of space for our things and didn’t have to deal with a lot of “clutter”. Jianchun was very responsive to inquires and gave very clear instructions both before and during our stay. We appreciated having ample paper products and cleaning supplies available — we were even provided laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs. There were not a lot of extra dishes, so if you have the maximum number of guests, be prepared to run the dishwasher often…but that’s not a big deal when you have such a nice place to enjoy. Check-out was the easiest ever — the only request was that we dispose of our garbage. Greatly appreciated no long checklist when we were trying to get on the road. We had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to book with Jianchun again!

It was a good place to stay and the host communicated very well . When I come back to the area again I will be picking this spot again

This place has a beautiful view. I loved waking up and seeing the ocean out the window. The room was nice and appeared to be recently updated. The pool overlooked the ocean and had nice little Tiki Bar. The property itself (like the elevator and hallways) could use some renovations but it appears those may he in process. The room does not have a lot of extras (supply wise) but for the price it is definitely fine. The host responded quickly when I needed assistance. I enjoyed my stay and the location of the property.

This house was so perfect! It was very clean and quaint and had everything we needed! It was my Dads first time staying at an Airbnb and he was impressed! My sister lives close by in Deltona and she will be recommending your place to her out of town guests. Thank you!

I absolutely loved Milly’s place!! it was so so adorable, easy to find and so so close to everything, Milly made me feel right at home and peace, she communicated with me through everything and was there for me, the mall was super close with a lot of things to do around, the area was so safe and the room was spotless clean.. if I ever wanna get away again, i’m definitely staying at Milly’s house if I can because I just felt like I was at home and close to my mom(they have the same name!)

We’ve stayed at both Philip’s condos multiple times. Great location right downtown. Close to many things in the area. Unit is well stocked with necessities as well as some thoughtful extras. Unit is fairly priced and we’ll continue using as a base for Merritt Island/Space/Springs adventures.

The condo has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Only good things to say about this condo. We have been regular visitors to New Smyrna Beach over the years and this one may be our favorite condo we’ve stayed at. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. The condo is very inviting, the beach is fantastic, the pools are great, the bed and couch are very comfortable, the kitchen is very functional, the decor adds to the nice beach-y feel, towels and beach gear are more than adequate, clean, etc., etc. All good things.

Probably if not one of the best Airbnb’s I have rented. The whole unit felt like home from the beginning. The host was very accommodating with all of our requests. I would strongly encourage everyone to rent out this airbnb if you are in Orlando! I would definitely come back.

My wife and I have been coming to the Cocoa Beach area for several years. This was the first time I saw this place available, and what a hidden gem it is. Great location and super close to everything. Super clean, and what a view. Has everything you possibly need from a fully stocked kitchen to all the needed beach necessities. Will definitely be back again, actually have already booked for next year! Highly recommend this host and condo! Thanks for letting us stay.

Amazing place to stay! Stayed May 18th-24th. Loved the little extras in the room especially the umbrella, sun was a little strong one day and it came in handy! The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Everything was nice and clean! Definitely want to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!

We’ve stayed at several rentals in Orlando before, and this one has definitely been our favorite. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, very safe and quiet, and close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed the peaceful view over the lake to the pool area behind it. The pool with the lazy river was nice and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Joanne was very quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely come back.
