Lorrie’s place is amazing, I have stayed here a time before and could not wait to stay here again when I was in the area. The place is exactly like the photos and is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy nature. Lorrie was super responsive and very helpful when a slight issue came up. I would recommend this place for a small getaway from the city either by yourself or as a couple.

We loved feeding the turtles 🐢. You have to check out downtown Sanford, walk the Riverwalk & go to the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens. Don't forget to try the Jailhouse Restaurant - in a real old jailhouse, great food! She was an amazing host.

Nice little cottage tucked away and away from people very quiet and relaxing place charming cottage very clean and just big enough for two people Very easy process for our first air bnb and the owners were great to work with The yard was very nice for the dog he is older so it was just big enough for him to sniff. Location to get to things local is great and very good restaurants nearby Would recommend

Lovely little cottage! Perfect location for those who are going to Disney, about 15mins and Universal, about 20 mins. The main road was also full of restaurants and food trucks which were also in walking distance. The resort itself was great too, lovely and clean and everyone was really friendly too. Overall, a really lovely place to stay.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The space is stellar- clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Super easy to communicate with the hosts. Conveniently close to the airport, would stay here anytime I travel to the area.

Jay and Theresa's boathouse was absolutely spotless, which we truly appreciated. The setting provided the perfect backdrop for our favorite moments: peaceful mornings sipping coffee while watching the breathtaking sunrise, and tranquil evenings unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun dipped below the horizon. We found the location to be wonderfully quiet, peaceful, and exceptionally private – a true escape.

My husband and I run our own freight hauling business. We like to spend some relaxing time where we can recharge and get a respite from our busy GO GO GO lifestyle. It's not always possible to find suitable accommodations for our truck and 40 ft trailer. Edward's cabin was just what we needed. Peaceful, private and plenty of parking. It was wonderful to sit on the quaint patio and sip coffee whilst our little Yorkie explored the fenced yard. We would definitely rate this place a 10!!!

This was an amazing stay! The Bear Necessities cabin was cozy and perfect. Our hosts were wonderful. We kayaked from our river access and it was absolutely beautiful, but we also started on the other end and came from rainbow, both experiences great in their own way. Highly recommend this location.

This was a really great place to stay. Everything was super clean holes was completely friendly and always answer for us to make sure that we got everything. We need. Definitely coming back one day.

This was the perfect spot for my mom and me to stay in Mount Dora. The guesthouse was nicely secluded, and the home was well stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed our time here.

My friend and I loved our little gal getaway at Tara's place. It was perfect for a one night stay near rainbow river! Beautiful cozy cottage and great restaurants nearby. Would definately book again if in the area.

You can't put a price on a good, sweet, peaceful vibe with a vintage twang. We went on the full moon and boy did we get a show over the water! We loved our fun and beautiful stay. We had to leave early early in the morning and just remember to read the info about taking the trash to the dump because we were unable to do so and I like to leave things really nice after I leave. We will cherish this vacation and hope to return again soon for a dose of happiness and forest therapy. Loved it!

My parents stayed here since it’s across the wedding venue I got married at. They loved it! Said it was super quiet and the place felt like they were right at home.

Jill was the most amazing host! The was incredibly responsive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make myself and daughter felt comfortable. Everything was just as described. The fully functional kitchen was also the best-stalked airbnb kitchen I’ve ever seen. We had no issues cooking meals. The dogs made me feel safe and secure. I was missing my own dog, so they helped with that. My daughter loved the pool and spent most of the day in it. They also had a beautiful fenced in back yard with umbrellas and plenty of seating with shade if needed. Speaking of keeping cool, the A/C unit works really well! Jill was very responsive and even anticipated our needs multiple times. My daughter insists that we stay with Jill when we come back to Sanford.

Truly stellar property! It was perfect for our boys to be able to walk the property and see the animals. Never expected to find such an incredible farm with so many amenities near by. We will absolutely be back, and referring everyone!

Janice and her husband are wonderful hosts! So friendly and welcoming. Loved the tour and learning about the grounds and all the sweet and friendly animals on the property. I especially loved the outdoor showers and really enjoyed feeding and petting the goats and Brookie the horse ♥️ would highly recommend and will definitely visit again!
