Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Saint Johns River

This was the perfect location for our stay. The home was as described, and we felt right at home. José was absolutely the best host! We will definitely stay again.

We were in Orlando on a business trip. Our convention was at the OCCC, and the location to the convention center was perfect! The condo was so spacious! It was extremely clean and we had everything we needed! We did call housekeeping for a few blankets and they brought them quickly. The only other thing we had to call for were TV remote batteries and they came and replaced them quickly as well! Would definitely stay here again!

It was as exactly as described. Right on the water, beautiful private beach. Lots of amenities. Going home with clean clothes/towels after a beach trip is a lifesaver. My only negative feedback is that there is no detachable shower-head so sand will stay in the nooks and crannies. We will definitely be back!

Mike was a great host. Instructions for arrival/entry were very clear, condo was clean and comfortable to stay in. Looked just like the pictures. Touristy area with lots of things to do and shops.

This stay exceeded expectations! The home looked exactly like the photos—beautiful, peaceful, and inviting. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, and the pool was a definite highlight. The space itself was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The host was outstanding—quick to respond within minutes anytime I had a question. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

This was the perfect home base for us for our Orlando stay! We spent time at Discovery Cove and Universal Studios. The drive to both was fantastic and easy to get to. Our girls LOVED the pool and I loved the hot tub! We hope to be back in Orlando soon and would love to come back! The theming in the rooms is beautiful, our favorite is the Harry Potter room! Thanks again for a wonderful stay

This place is close to all of the places we wanted to visit, including Disney and Medieval Knights dinner show. Lots of places to eat nearby. The house was very clean inside and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and I recommend.

This is the most amazing Airbnb I have get stayed at. SO SO SO CLEAN!!! amazing amenities and back yard honestly cannot say better things.i cannot wait to be back and could not recommend it any more. Also felt so so safe!!

Chelsi and Marc were perfect hosts - very responsive and helpful. The house is immaculate and very well equipped and the pool area is amazing. It was my daughter’s birthday whilst we were at the property and they had even arranged flowers for her which she loved. One of the best properties we have stayed in! Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Cocoa Beach.

It’s all in the details! Michael & Angela did a great job anticipating the needs of their guests. From white noise machines in the bedrooms, to comfortable pillows, and toys for kids, it was clear they go above and beyond for their guests! The place was clean, quiet, and very comfy. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Cool older home with a lot of character and a nice, lived-in feel. The location was great—close to downtown Deland. We needed a place to crash before our cruise, and it fit the bill. The house definitely shows its age, especially in the bathrooms, but overall it worked for what we needed and was a good value for the price.

Great place, very responsive it was late booking. The host responded right away to approve the booking. I’d your looking too relax, a great place to stay.

Juliana was a super great host. I would highly recommend this property to those visiting the area. The home had all the amenities to feel safe and at home, with a vacation resort vibe.

Johanna was nice, friendly, always responsive, and she had clear communication. I went for business, but I was able to relax and feel at home in my down time. She keeps everything neat and clean. I look forward to future stays.

This place was just what we needed! Clean, comfortable and private. Just what you need whether you are spending a day by the pool or a day at Disney/Universal. We did not need much during our stay but anytime before and after our stay that I had a question, Courtney was very responsive. The extra amenities like high chair and stroller really assisted our stay as well so we didn’t need to bring from home. My daughter absolutely loved the toy story room and now wishes she had one at home.. lol. Will definitely stay again in the future when planning trips to the Orlando theme parks.

Victor’s space was a great place to stay and paired well with our adventure to Epic Universe! My kids thoroughly enjoyed all the themed rooms and decorations. Victor was attentive and offered top notch customer service. We also enjoyed the community pool and hot tub which were an easy walk right across the parking lot from the condo. I would recommend Victor’s place to anyone who has kids and/or loves Mario!

Daniel was a kind and responsive host. We loved the location of his place for our visit to the Disney and Universal Parks - very close and convenient. There was plenty of space in the home for our party of 6 to spread out. We enjoyed some time at the community pool while we were there and it was nice that pool towels were available at Daniel's home for us to use, as well as beach chairs which we took with us to Coco Beach one day. We arrived very late at night and had a minor issue with the door code, but luckily it turned out ok. We feel that the property met our needs very well!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Gina’s condo. It is very comfortable, clean and convenient to everything we needed. The grounds are well maintained and a great place to get in a good walk or just to relax. We would highly recommend the condo and location.

My family and I enjoyed our stay it was really nice, had great pool area, was relatively clean, and had a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Would definitely book again. There are plenty of stores and restaurants near by too.
