Loft holiday rentals in Florida

Venessa was an excellent host. Always responded to my questions promptly and instructions to the place were spot on and included an overhead picture for reference. The place is very cozy with a lot of towels, laundry supplies and ammeneties for the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is well supplied with seasonings, pots, a Keurig coffee maker and a tower of pods. Excellent host and perfect location for being in Tampa.

Amanda and Steven's home offered a nice respite during my vacation. If you are looking for state-of-the-art, keep looking. If you are looking for a place that is comfortable and cozy and feels like it's giving you a hug, this is the place! Charming space above a garage, the space is clean, roomy, and perfect for a week (or longer!). They left brochures giving tons of recommendations. My trip kept me busy from morning to night, so I was sad I was unable to meet my hosts and their pets. I would absolutely stay here again when I visit in the future.

A good place at a good location

We have been going to 30A every summer for five years now, this was easily the best trip we've taken. Seaside is ultimately the number one attraction to us every time, so being this close was unlike any other location. The house and location are unlike any other, not having to worry about parking, or even getting in your vehicle from check in to check out. Unlike any other experience we've ever had. The host is great, responsive, very friendly and wants to help you have the best experience. We checked out today and are looking at dates now as a family to book again for next summer. Perfect place with beach, restaurants, groceries and small shops nearby! Perfectly located place for a stay at the beach. Very clean, very comfortable everything is perfect! The only thing that would be nice to have on site would be a barbecue but it is clearly stated in the listing that there is no barbecue! I highly recommend it!

Perfect what requested. Great location, every ability: living, great bath & bedroom, kitchen, elevator and comfortable. Our Host, Catalina blessed me and helped me everyone ask. Never meant anyone like her before Would be a great family get together. So many conversations set up for multiple seating and private. I would highly recommend this for everyone.

We had such a wonderful stay in this cute loft style airbnb. It was close to everything — in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. There’s a grocery store and pharmacy not far from it and the location was perfect. The Airbnb had everything we needed for our nine day stay: washing machine, iron etc. The bed was also really comfortable! We loved having our tea in the mornings on the cute verandah under the bougainvillea bush. The hosts were wonderful and it was a wonderful nine days! Highly recommend this spot.

I gave 5 stars for everything assuming I would be able to comment. I very rarely - if ever- write reviews. After paying there was some consternation on my part because I had not read all the "what's not included" info. Turns out- we did not miss being able to use the on premises bar and restaurants. This place was perfect for my wife and me. There are some good restaurants around - but not in "walking" distance - at least for an old fart like me. We did not have time to try all the local fare. I will not provide reviews of the restaurants here but I think our favorites were Lo'Key Grill, Drydock Waterfront Grill and Old Salty Dog. Pricing was increased for us because I bought trip insurance - not quite hurricane season when we visited but close enough to be cautious. The per night breakdown was a little more than I normally pay but we had a wonderful time, so no strong complaints.

I enjoyed my stay at Krizia's place. Lots of local fun and restaurants. I will def visit again.

This was the perfect spot for me and my fam for a quick two day getaway, Juan was nice enough to let us check in early since we arrived 5 hours before check in. He gave us all the details needed and was very informative. We enjoyed the gym and the pool and the walkability in the neighborhood.

The apartment is identical to the photos and even bigger. It has absolutely all the amenities and is very well equipped. The location is the best of all, you have the Brickell center a few blocks away and at the exit of the parking lot you quickly get on the highway to go anywhere. Stephanie was super nice and there was very good communication, the truth is that it is super recommended.

Loved our stay! The space matched the pictures and description! We loved the building, pool, and gym! There was a lot to do within walking distance but the biggest perk was it was right around the corner from Whole Foods! Only downside was the homeless in the surrounding area which had nothing to do with the building or unit itself. Linda was a great host super accommodating and friendly! The place was clean, well decorated and we would definitely stay again! 5 stars! ⭐️

Mark’s place was nice, clean and comfortable. It was also conveniently located and close to many restaurants and bars in Thornton Park. He was also responsive when it came to questions about the place. I highly recommend any guest to stay at his Airbnb!

We were very impressed with this space! The neighborhood itself was very walkable and we felt safe. So easy to get to the main part of town which we loved! It was nice and cold inside and had great appliances and water temps. Host was very responsive!
