Dariya's place was very peaceful, no disturbances what so ever, beautiful place place. Quite responses whenever i had questions. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend.

we had a wonderful stay at the Coach House, it was well set up, clean, and in a lovely neighborhood. the hosts were communicative, helpful, and very friendly. we would highly recommend anyone staying in the Orlando area stay at this accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning again sometime in the future. This is a quaint little cottage in a quiet and very private setting.

After I booked the place Jason periodically sent info as the check in date approached as if I hired him to plan my trip. The property has upscale amenities and furnishings. The property is extremely comfortable and able to accommodate more than advertised. Location is so good I will need 6 stays to try and see everything just in walking distance. My family left packing all clean clothes bec the laundry unit was incredible. The unit in its entirety was planned in detail for comfort. The AC worked like a beast which is extremely important in Fla. I can't say enough about this place. I am a tough person to please and am willing to use every character the app allows to attempt to communicate Jason's hospitality, hard work, and generosity to provide a great experience for his guests. If a guest gives him less than all five's they are being calculated in trying to keep the property more likely to be available for themselves for their next trip. Will rent again. Thank you Jason!

Erika’s space is beautiful and accommodating. The full kitchen allowed us to make meals and store things in the fridge. The pool space is large and the pool was the perfect temperature after a warm day. The bed was very comfortable as well. Erika her self checked in regularly and made sure we had everything we needed. She also made sure we had our privacy. I would highly recommended her place.

I had an excellent stay at William’s Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect, which made it so easy to get to Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Pete for work. The space itself was clean, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. It was a peaceful retreat that allowed me to get a ton of work done while still feeling relaxed and recharged. The neighborhood was safe and welcoming, and everything I needed, from coffee shops to grocery stores, which was just a short drive away. William was also a thoughtful and responsive host, which made the entire experience seamless. I’m super grateful for the opportunity to stay here and will absolutely be returning the next time I’m in Florida. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a calm, convenient, and cozy home base!

This was my first time in Tampa. The location was perfect basically 10 minute uber drive from all the attractions. Anthony was very responsive and helpful. This place is private and peaceful. I’m sure you’ll enjoy your stay!

I went to visit my Dad and His wife in Deland and I am very happy I stayed here. Cool little bungalo with private entrance, dedicated parking spot, and pool access. The bed is very comfortable, great sheets. This place has a well stocked kitchen. Keurig worked perfectly. The property is on a main street that goes through Deland, but its at the back of the property and feels like you are nestled away from everything. Great walk in shower and fresh towels for Bathroom as well as Beach towels for the pool. The TV is 55-60" and has Netflix/Prime/etc. You can log into. My wife and I will be coming back at some point. The Blue Springs park is a short drive away from this property (manatees/swimming/etc) Also, the Deland downtown is artsy and the Deland Museum of Art has two locations which are super convenient. Enjoyed my stay!

Great place, amazing pool, and so close to the beach! We loved Chris and Michelle’s guide with all the food and activity recommendations. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway with a pool and the beach super close, this is it. Both Chris and Michelle were also super friendly!

Cindi and Don added little touches to make their home feel like home to guests. The little details truly made the home exceptional!! Also, the lights are all clearly labeled so you don't have to flip a million switches to find which one turned on which light. They provided last minute amenities like toothbrushes with toothpastes. It was truly a luxury experience.

Linda's cottage was adorable. We used to live in that section of Orlando (College Park) so we had the benefit of knowing the neighborhood. Linda is very personable and accommodating. Driving to Linda's, my wife and I had to take a detour as she require an emergency appendectomy. Linda rebated us $100 as a result of being two days late in our arrival, which was totally unexpected and unnecessary but much appreciated. While there, I had a medical procedure where i had to leave my car (wasn't allowed to drive it afterward) at the surgical center. Linda' son-in-law gave me a ride to pick it up (also unexpected but much appreciated). Those things are WAY beyond the call of duty and a reflection of Linda's character. We will first check for her availability when planning our subsequent visits.

Felt like Goldilocks staying at Nicole's home, because everything was just right! Clean, comfortable, and quiet - couldn't have asked for anything better. Nicole was a top-notch host and helped us out on multiple occasions!

Kyles place was such a great spot for a visit to orlando. Very clean and spacious, and comfortable. Very close to stores and restaurants. Very accessible to the tolls nearby aswell. Thanks Kyle for everything

This was the perfect spot for my mom and me to stay in Mount Dora. The guesthouse was nicely secluded, and the home was well stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed our time here.

John and Ruthie are amazing hosts with an amazing property. Everything was just as expected and looks even more beautiful in person. The experience I had here was better than I ever could have expected. Bonus was the fact that they are pet friendly. I would highly recommend them and this property.

Jill was the most amazing host! The was incredibly responsive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make myself and daughter felt comfortable. Everything was just as described. The fully functional kitchen was also the best-stalked airbnb kitchen I’ve ever seen. We had no issues cooking meals. The dogs made me feel safe and secure. I was missing my own dog, so they helped with that. My daughter loved the pool and spent most of the day in it. They also had a beautiful fenced in back yard with umbrellas and plenty of seating with shade if needed. Speaking of keeping cool, the A/C unit works really well! Jill was very responsive and even anticipated our needs multiple times. My daughter insists that we stay with Jill when we come back to Sanford.
